Buena ubicación, necesita un refresh
Pros:

La ubicación y lo cercano al metro

Cons:

El personal no fue amigable a la hora de nuestra llegada y hasta nos querían cobrar por llegar temprano ( 1 hora antes )
El hotel necesita una renovación completa de los cuartos porque está muy viejo en general.
No me parece que es un hotel 5 estrellas

La vue, l'emplacement qui donne sur plusieurs rues principales (pour manger, faire les magasins).
Le service impeccable. Le journal du matin. Le thé et café proposé dans les chambres.

Bustling Osaka getaway

何度か利用していますが毎回快適に過ごす事が出来ています。今回はビュッフェも利用しましたが味も良く品数も豊富で満足でした。

Was “ok”, many more better hotels to choose from
Pros:

Good location, large rooms, friendly staff

Cons:

The gym wasn’t part of the hotel. HAD TO PAY SEPARATE ! Then we had all the faff with tattoo cover up.
Breakfast was set menu order service, not buffet so ended up having same thing every day !

Wir geben volle Punkzahl weil:
-Die Service Qualität sehr gut war. Egal ob man Eis bestellt, den Wäscheservice nutzt oder sonst eine Hilfestellung benötigt, das wird alles mit hoher Servicequalität erfüllt.
-Die Aussicht unschlagbar war. Unser Zimmer lag im 31. Stock. Der Sonnenuntergang und die Aussicht auf die Skyline war atemberaubend.
-Der Zimmerservice hervorragend war.
-Die Preis-Leistung top war. Wir haben pro Nacht knapp 200 CHF bezahlt und dafür ein Gefühl von Luxushotel-Charm bekommen. Klar war das Zimmer nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, aber es hatte Charm und alles war sauber und absolut zweckdienlich. Kurzum wir waren super happy!

The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom and entrance had enough space for both of us and a kid.

Cons:

There is basically no access to the gym. Required to pay 25CHF for each visit per person, which nevertheless is very small room with equipment

Pros:

Very spacious room. On the 25th floor you can choose between European style and Japanese style breakfast. I chose European style. Excellent food and ambience. With a great view over the city. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación fantástica
Pros:

Lo inmenso y precioso del hotel junto a la ubicación privilegiada al lado de todo, el personal muy amable y servicial

Cons:

La cama un poco dura, la pieza esquina un poco apretada y pequeña y el desayuno que era un poco limitado para elegir entre 3 menú
