One of the best properties in Osaka
Pros:

Excellent breakfast at very good French and Japanese restaurants. Spacious, well appointed lobby and lounge to have meetings etc.

Luxury accommodation in a great location with fab staff
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable. Bathroom huge. Breakfast service 5 star. Really professional and courteous staff. Great location.
Would love to return.

Best hotel in Osaka
Pros:

Truly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. For japan room sizes - massive. Staff is super helpful and attentive. The smallest touches in this hotel are so well done from the bathroom amenities to the automated curtains. Highly recommend splurging on the 'club' rooms as access to the club lounge throughout the day is more valuable than the hotel breakfast in my opinion.

Cons:

I mean, I can't think of anything other than the price being on the higher end. But the value for what you get is immense.

I wish I’d stayed longer
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly. The family room is spacious enough for a family with 2 young adults. Super clean. Amazing restaurants, shops, coffee shops and bakeries near by.

如果3人或是帶孩子蠻適合入住，近熱鬧商圈，櫃檯人員也很好
Pros:

房間的備品是嬌蘭的，一次性拖鞋是厚的，廁所備很多毛巾，廁所也大，整理的很乾淨

Cons:

入住的隔天早上，房務人員說我有飲用冰箱的酒，我馬上請櫃檯人員來確認，證明房務清潔人員的疏忽，請大家要注意
