Super 5-Star Hotel
Pros:

Exceptional - room with lots of space, room filled with all type of items which can become handy. Very Comfortable, nice breakfast - staff very helpful, polite and respectful. Definitely would choose this Hotel if I return for another Holiday in Osaka.

Old school charm and great service
Pros:

Great location and some real old school 5 star charm, character and service
Great spacious rooms and wonderful staff in the breakfast restaurant area. Ume and her team were great, so accommodating and helpful with our language difficulties a great ambassador for the hotel.

Absolutely luxurious hotel with amazing staff and great service. Very clean and friendly staff made us feel great and would love to come back. Excellent location close to all stations and made everything easy. The front office staff, and desk staff was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Pros:

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und hat den Flair der alten Grand Hotels. Die Möbel sind nicht mehr modern, aber das Bett war sehr gut und es war sauber und ruhig. Das zählt für mich.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht so freundlich, wie man es sonst aus Japan kennt. Sehr unterkühlt.
