I will be coming back for the view
Pros:

The location is good, the facility was excellent. 33rd floor junior club suite had an amazing view, we decided to skip the observatory… the service was excellent. We are completely satisfied with our stay

Nice views, but dated
Pros:

Hotel was in a really good location for exploring both within and outside of Osaka; there are numerous stations within a short walk. The view from the room was incredible, and rooms were a very good size for Osaka.

Cons:

The hotel felt like it had seen better days. The room (on the 29th floor) had quite dated and deteriorating decor and was really in need of better upkeep modernisation, especially the bathroom which felt tired and grotty. A refresh, plus amenities to bring it into the 21st century (eg plug sockets on both sides of the bed, and USB sockets!) would really help. Trying to arrange luggage forwarding with staff at the front desk was surprisingly much more difficult than at every other hotel we stayed at in Japan; we would have really preferred a QR code/website to sort this out ourselves, like everywhere else does.
