Perfect for a city trip to Florence
Pros:

Extremly friendly staff. Especially Al Amir from the Bar/Breakfast staff.
The valet service was also perfect and very comfortable.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location is great being minutes from both the Duomo and SM Novella station. The well functioning air-conditioning was very much appreciated as well. Breakfast was great.
