Comfort and convenience in this hidden gem.
Pros:

I loved the accommodations, but i was given an upgraded room because they made a mistake initially, the firat room i was given had a 1/2 view of the duomo, but they put the wrong bag in my room. So then they gave me a fifferent eoom...which was on the first floor overlooking the main street. That was not satisfactory, so they moved me into the suite. Which was amazing

Cons:

Well that initial shuffle wasnt great, but they also gave me a discount card for an amazing reatauramt where i had lunch awaiting to check in. The lobby had a strong odor of sewage. Not sure what.that was about.

Pros:

Good location and very clean.

Cons:

The staff when i checked in was rude and cold, nobody to help us about luggage.

The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent central location, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. The train station is also within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Stefania at reception, who arranged a last-minute private Tuscany day trip for our group with a private driver, as well as excellent lunch and wine-tasting reservations. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Cons:

The breakfast offered by the hotel seemed quite expensive compared to the café located right next door, serving excellent coffee and fresh sandwiches.

Pros:

Lovely quaint hotel, loved the dressing mirror in the bathroom, the open bar fridge and definitely afternoon tea. The ladies at breakfast were amazing and catered to everything we asked for from the kitchen. The cherry on top was the lovely bottle of champagne for my sisters milestone birthday. They really do go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Great staff and a secure entrance which was nice. Super comfy beds and Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Hôtel idéal, moderne, personnel adorable et situation géographique parfaite
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Avant d’arriver j’avais échangé par messages avec Valentina, car j’avais une demande particulière, et l’hôtel a gentiment pu répondre à ma demande. Donc personnel et accueil parfait.
La situation de l’hôtel est juste exceptionnelle, très pratique pour pouvoir visiter Florence à pied , à 2 pas du Duomo, de la gare , de tous les centres d’intérêts en fait. Notre chambre était belle, propre, confortable, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Je ne regrette vraiment pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel.

Cons:

Difficile de trouver ce que nous n’avons pas apprécié, pour dire quelque chose il manque peut être un peu de pression dans la douche et le petit déjeuner est très bien mais pas fabuleux
