Fantastic!
Pros:

Had a great experience with LuxRedsidence. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. However had the room not been ready yet there was the option to store luggage, and the building is very secure.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for self catering. The room was also immaculately clean and the air conditioning worked well and was easy to use.

The location is right next to one of the main metro lines into the centre, and is has a supermarket right across the road which is extremely convenient. It is also a 10 minute walk to the metro station that connects to the airport, which is also very convenient.

Overall LuxResidence is the perfect base for spending any amount of time in Lisbon.

Buen apartamento
Pros:

Es un apartamento bonito y acogedor. Nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida, una botella de agua, infusiones, galletas y mermelada. Tiene menaje como para 4. La cama muy grande y es muy cómoda.
Hay supermercado justo enfrente y metro cerca. Nosotras íbamos andando y tardamos como media hora a la plaza de comercio.
El personal muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de ir al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Por poner algo diré que la mampara de la ducha era insuficiente y se salía fácilmente el agua. No había fregona para poder recogerla.
Nos dieron un apartamento superior que daba a la calle y yo que no estoy acostumbrada oía demasiado el ruido de los coches y alguna que otra sirena de emergencias.
El sofá cama normalito para dormir.

Increíble y súper recomendable!!
Pros:

El apartamento genial tal y como se muestra en las fotos , destacar la amabilidad y disponibilidad de sus empleados. Muy limpio y rodeado de supermercados y cafeterías. Y nuestro apartamento tenía muy buenas vistas!!

Tutto perfetto, Lisbona è molto bella, il soggiorno è stato perfetto.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima: la metropolitana all'uscita del residence, stessa cosa per la fermata degli autobus e per un supermercato. Con al metro arrivi in centro in 10/12 minuti. La zona anche la sera è tranquilla. Buone le dimensioni dell'appartamento che è molto silenzioso e pulito. Il personale della reception è molto gentile. Si ha la possibilità di fare il check in anche quando è chiusa la reception e di tenere il bagaglio fino alla chiusura (h. 19).

Cons:

In bagno manca un qualcosa per appendere gli asciugamani. Non forniscono le cialde del caffè e neanche le bustine del the.

Pros:

Accueil au top. Appartement spacieux, propre et avec le nécessaire pour un très bon moment sur Lisbonne. Accès au métro à 50m du logement.

Pros:

Instructions de recuperation des clés dans le cas de notre arrivée tardive trés claire et efficace. Bon emplacement, des surfaces à proximité pour faire de petites courses, trés pratique, transports à 2 pas.

Cons:

Malheureusement problématique de punaises de lits constatés au retour chez nous . Nous suspectons l’étagère en bois à côté du lit double que Mr avait dégagé de ses bibelots pour poser ses affaires : il a présenté des piqures suspectes le jour du retour chez nous - contrôle de la literie et du meuble à prévoir

Pros:

Great location right steps from Arroios metro and happens to also be along the bus line I needed for another tour departure. The place was clean and decorated simply but tastefully. Never encountered a human being but their WhatsApp responses were quick and helpful.

Cons:

I suggest to keep clothes and dish drying racks as a standard set up as the guests likely need them at some point. Consider placing sheer curtains as the apartment was facing an inner courtyard with someone else's windows directly across.

Wifi was fast but patchy sometimes. Shower doors were hard to open/close, and the hand held shower pressure was on the lower side. Lastly, thanks for putting an espresso machine. I wish you had placed some coffee pods too :(

Great value, totally recommended
Pros:

- Located strategically in front of a metro and bus station, 15 mins to city center
- Very nice, responsive and helpful staff!
- Easy self check-in
- Spacious apartment
- Complete cooking amenities - dishwasher, pans and pots, microwave, etc
- Free tasty little snack was given
- Comfortable bed
- Functional hotwater for showering

Cons:

- Without a heating, the room felt quite cold at night..
- The AC is a bit too loud when being operated
- Would be great to have a liquid soap for handwashing rather than a bar soap
