Ok, was expecting more for the money as its a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Location ideal for going to Wembley Stadium.

Cons:

The air con wasn't working very well which was a problem as we are in the middle of a heatwave, so they gave us a fan.
We asked for 2 firmer pillows for the bed, they were sent up but we were abruptly told we had to hand back the 2 soft pillows for other guests.
Alot of dust under the bed, not been hoovered, stains on the bed sheet.
Checking out wasn't straight forward, when we left we noticed they had charged us again so had to return to the hotel. They said not to worry its pending so won't come out of our account.
We were also expecting our deposit back when we left but was told it would probably be in 48hrs.
Staff were very friendly when we checked in but didn't seem to care less when we were leaving.

Never again, serious customer service training is required.

We've used this hotel on multiple occasions over the last 5 plus years, it's always been a good choice with few complaints.

Cons:

On this occasion we had to deal with a very very difficult situation with the staff unfortunately. Basically this was a booking for a work trip, two colleagues were staying for two nights, pre payments were taken to the amount of the cost of the rooms but then Lily, on reception, tried to force my colleagues to pay the full amount a second time instead of the outstanding balance. What followed was multiple abusive phone calls directed at me, the threat of police from the hotel and a demanding of payment even after bank transactions were shown to cover the costs. To make matters worse this went on for so long it actually affected our ability to complete our work on time and cost us in excess of £600, so thanks Double Tree Ealing, that was our last stay.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this Hilton and wanted to give special praise to Lily at the front desk. I requested an early check-in, and Lily kindly arranged it for me with no extra charge at all. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, even offered me complimentary biscuits. Her friendly and attentive service made my arrival smooth and pleasant. Truly excellent customer service, big thanks to Lily!
