Generally a nice hotel, not particularly proximal to where we needed but overall a fair experience
Pros:

Good modern establishment, very clean.

Cons:

Wasn’t advised upon check in that there was a function operating the same evening. The room we were allocated was directly above and the noise was exceptional. We have since spoken to the establishment and an apology and remuneration was received

Easy to get to and park on site

Cons:

Bit of a wait to book in, staff tried their best. Room was ok but bit small. Noisy, delivery guy unloading/loading between 1-2am and general traffic noise gave us a poor nights sleep.

The property was a 5 min walk from the tube and it was easy to find.

Cons:

The only problem I had was the mattress was hard other than that no problems.

Would stay again, definitely avoid 2pm time for checking though.
Pros:

Good location. Stayed for an event at Wembley and transport links were great.
Room was clean in the important bits but dusty in areas.

Cons:

Long wait to check in. Drove several hours and arrived at 1.55, person on desk advised to wait until 2 as all rooms weren’t finished been cleaned, was asked to take a seat and he would shout us over after checking if ours was ready.
2pm came and with it a 45minute wait as us and a few others were ignored and had to re que.

Pros:

Small but nice room. Bathroom nice and clean. Towels high quality and got a fresh one every day. Got room service for the first time in my life and was very pleased with it.
