Close to Tube stop.

Cons:

Mix up by front desk due to not telling the restaurant that our room was changed because the original room was still not ready for us despite it being after the check in time. We seemed to be accused of having our meal as non-registered guests.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

A lovely welcome when we arrived (and fresh cookies) such polite and helpful friendly staff! Room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfy! Breakfast had so much choice and was delicious and staff were again very helpful, friendly and polite. I couldn't fault anything! Definitely stay again.

Excellent and Personable Service
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times now. We run corporate training sessions for international clients out of this hotel location. The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

On my latest trip, we had a billing issue. My family had also joined me on this trip. While it could have gotten quite messy, Fatima at the front desk took it upon herself to investigate the issue and resolve it professionally. The best part is that she did it quietly and pleasantly surprised me at the end with the good news. That is customer-centric value at its best. Kudos to Fatima.
