I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at NH Collection Hacienda Royal in Bogotá, Colombia. My stay was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived on Monday, July 6, I felt as though I had never left the United States because of the exceptional level of comfort, professionalism, and hospitality your staff provided.

I would especially like to recognize the outstanding employees who made my stay so memorable: Ana Cecilia Parra, Pedro Marrera Bastidas, Elbert Ortiz Gaitán, Andrés Domínguez Montañez, and Edwing Vera. Each of them welcomed me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to help that exceeded my expectations.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team and the wonderful lady who took care of my laundry. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication ensured that my room and clothing were always in excellent condition. My stay was just what I needed after a long day of flying.
Pros:

I arrived in Bogota for my son‘s wedding in Villa de Lyeva this weekend. I arrived after a long day of line associates at the Hotel Greeted me & helped me to my room. Took a 45 minute walk this morning and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. I will be back next week for my return trip and look forward to staying with you again.
