The garden is amazing. Location is great ‐ metro, milano Centrale, shops
The hall is quite and cozy. Appreciate Roman for nice conversations.

Cons:

The safe in the room working with credit cards. Not sure that this is more safe than just code, but inconvenient for 2 people using it.

Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Milan
Pros:

Great hotel well positioned between the historic city centre and the main train station. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful well maintained courtyard. Staff was pleasant and professional. Super transparent connections by tram and metro nearby. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend. An oasis after a busy day.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant, emplacement plutôt commode

Cons:

Les prestations ne sont vraiment pas au niveau pour un 4 étoiles. Pour plus de 200 euros par nuitée, on s'attend quand même à un peu mieux côté chambre. Un exemple tout bête: LA bouteille d'eau gratuite de 50cl (deux ce serait franchement abuser!) n'est pas renouvelée le deuxième jour... Vu le prix de ladite bouteille (30cts au mieux), ça fait vraiment rapiat!

Fair location with 10-15 min walking distance to the city center. Room was dated.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. Early check-in was available, which was appreciated as I arrived at 10 a.m. The courtyard garden was pleasant.

Cons:

The room was dated and in need of refurbishment. The shower was a jacuzzi-style bathtub that was uncomfortable to stand in due to the sprinkler placement, and the bathroom floor became wet very easily.
