Really beautiful boutique style hotel! The check in was fast and easy. The room was laid out well and was spacious enough. I absolutely loved the bar and gorgeous courtyard garden to sip wine in and relax. The bathroom amenities were good too!
The bed and pillows felt too stiff and hard for me. I had trouble getting comfortable. The WiFi also did not work well in my room but worked well in the lobby/ common areas.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and the main areas especially the garden were inviting. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s within walking distance of the Duomo and the historical center, and it's surrounded by good, affordable restaurants and convenient amenities. Milano Centrale is also only about a 14-minute walk away. The property itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the majority of the staff are very cordial.
As for the breakfast, my advice is to keep it simple and stick to the highlights. The fresh fruit, cheese, and ham were all solid daily choices. One morning, we were even treated to fresh ricotta and smoked salmon, which was wonderful (though I only saw this offered on one day of my five-night stay). The pancakes are good, but make sure to grab a fresh batch, as the ones that had been sitting out were quite dry.
The room was significantly smaller than in the photos, so be prepared for a tight space. The bedding was also highly disappointing. The pillows were so thin they provided virtually no support, and the 'queen' bed was actually just two single beds pushed together. You could clearly feel the gap between them, as they hadn’t bothered to use a foam bridge or mattress pad to hide the seam.
While the breakfast offered decent variety, the quality was lacking. The eggs were greasy and flavorless, and the pastries—including the croissants—were incredibly oily and bland. What bothered me the most, however, was the coffee. It was the most diluted, poorly made coffee I have ever had at a hotel. When I asked for a coffee from the real espresso machine, the staff simply pointed me back to the subpar automatic dispenser.
Service was mixed; while most of the staff were cordial enough, a few employees gave the distinct impression that they absolutely hated being there.
Liked the outdoor space with plants. A lovely oasis in the middle of the city.

Overall a good option for a few nights if you want to be close to the main train station, which is about 15 mins by wall from the hotel.
Nothing really, just a little pricy for what it is.
