We enjoyed the space but the hotel needs done major updating/attention.
Cons:

It needs some TLC. Lots of scuffs, paint missing, mold in bathtubs, remote controllers are filthy, looking run down. Our suite smelled like pot the entire time since someone was partaking around our room. No paper towels in the kitchen. Need wine glasses too.

Estancia increíblemente buena
Pros:

La amabilidad de los trabajadores. Nos guardaron las maletas 4 días gratis. Nos mejoraron las habitaciones, nos dejaron una noche de parking y nos dejaron usar lavadora y secadora sin coste alguno. Sin duda Trevor y Thembela son maravillosos.
Es por eso que volvimos de nuevo al hotel.

Cons:

Que ya no hay piscina ni servicio de habitaciones.
El funcionamiento del desayuno según Booking no es como se indica, va en base a un crédito de consumo. El desayuno es a las carta, no obstante se come muy bien.

El mejor sitio para visitar Atlanta
Pros:

Es un edificio histórico, muy bonito.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen muchos detalles.
El personal es increíblemente amable. Nos trataron fenomenal, en especial Trevor, de recepción.

Cons:

A los muebles les falta algo de mantenimiento.
Las TV son antiguas y no disponen de puerto USB.
No hay piscina ni servicio de habitaciones desde hace años.

Great Hospitality & Friendly Staff
Pros:

Upon my arrival, the valet greeted me right away with great hospitality. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and friendly. I was immediately assisted with a cart to help load all of my belongings.

Jeremy was in the lobby and made my check-in process quick and easy. He also let me know that the A/C in the room I was originally assigned wasn’t working properly, so he accommodated me with a different room. I do feel like the A/C in the replacement room still wasn’t cooling as well as it should have.

Other than that, my overall experience was an 8/10. Every time I stay here, I’ve never had any major issues, and the staff always provides great customer service.

Beautiful historic hotel in a great location by the Fox theater. Big clean rooms, pub downstairs was excellent.
Pros:

Would have liked to try the Livingston dining room, but it was not open while we were there.

3 bedroom flat in midtown is hard to find.

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working in our bedroom, other 2 bedrooms were ok. Ideally one bedroom would have had 2 single beds.

Positive Wedding experience
Pros:

Our daughter recently celebrated her wedding at the Georgian Terrace Hotel, and our entire family could not have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning of the planning process to the last dance of the evening, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
The wedding planning manager (Rose) was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our daughter's special day everything she had dreamed of. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure that every detail was carefully coordinated. Her calm and reassuring approach made the planning process enjoyable and virtually stress-free.
On the wedding day, the execution was flawless. The ballroom looked absolutely stunning and our guests repeatedly commented on the beauty of the venue, and the warm hospitality they received throughout the evening.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the Georgian Terrace Hotel especially Rose and the Mr. Jones,MD for creating memories that our family will cherish forever.

No AC horrible experience!
Pros:

This was a horrible experience. There was no AC in the room and my daughter had asthma and I had a migraine because the room temperature was 84 all day!

I will definitely be sharing this on social media .

Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suit und es hat uns 10/10 gefallen wirklich alles.

Cons:

Was etwas neu war für uns die Sache mit den Kosten fürs Essen.
Frühstück im Restaurant 35$ pro Kopf Budget pro Tag, das haben wir ab Frühstück 3 von 6 aber erst herausgefunden.
In der Bar und im Café konnte man ebenfalls aufs Zimmer anschreiben.

Eine genauere kosten Übersicht war aber unübersichtlich ich bin gespannt ob wir dazu zahlen müssen.

TLC needed!!
Pros:

Very pleased with the suite arrangement for our girls trip staycation unfortunately, the hotel and suite condition needs some TLC. Lots of scuffs, dings, mold around tub, the suite was lacking paper towels, wine glasses, etc. The remotes were gross. The ice maker of the 3rd floor was disgusting full of mold. The rooftop pool is out of commission. Our room smelled like pot the entire time we were there. We enjoyed our stay but they need to give the Terrace some TLC.
