La chambre n’a été faite qu’une fois en 6 nuits malgré nos demandes répétées.
48 h d’attente pour avoir le remplacement du fer à repasser défectueux

The lobby was very pretty

Cons:

The room did not seem clean. There were stains all over the bathroom walls and one of the bedrooms. It was gross.

Historical hotel in a good spot in downtown Atlanta.
Pros:

The history of the hotel and some of the original features especially in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious if a little dated and the staff are really lovely.

Cons:

The rooms especially bathroom need updated and plug points need to be upgrade to usb-c. I thought it was poor value compared to other places that we stayed on this trip. The hotel could make more of the history especially the Gone with the Wind legacy.

I stayed in the penthouse and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were as nice and friendly too.

I loved everything about the property even though my stay was not long enough .

Probably would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was great! The hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

The check in took forever. There was a glitch in the system and they did not have our room. They tried to put us in separate rooms and than when I said no we had to wait almost 2 hours after check in for our room. I was told I would receive a discount and than that never happened either.
