The staff was outstanding. The physical property is extremely worn down and lacks the basic in-room amenities (coffee maker) you would expect. Major repairs and updates are needed to this grand jewel of a property before we would ever consider staying there again.
Amazing hotel, beautiful architecture with wonderful views especially the upper floors, and a very helpful staff, and perfectly located for the Fox theater, and Shakespeare Tavern and nearby venues.
The staff , front desk, valet, housekeeping, was great!
While last year I stayed here and when I arrived my room smelled like bleach and fresh lien which I loved , this time when I arrived my room was cleaned but upon looking more it was not nearly as clean as it was last year when I stayed , I did as for dish soap and a broom , after that I did have a great staff house keeping was very attentive and caring .
Good central location. Friendly staff. Hotel lobby is impressive however the rooms look tired and need redecorating. Not as clean as other hotels I’ve stayed at. Room had limited lighting and although ok for one nights stay, felt like the room really needed updating. Good parking facilities. Staff were great.
I always love the Georgian Terrace - a historic hotel with some of the feel of the old days! The staff there is excellent - welcoming and helpful in every way.
As usual the service and atmosphere at the Georgian Terrace was spectacular. The only issue is the master bathroom in room 621. The toilet was loose and rocked on the floor and the shower door was loose at the bottom. This was a minor issue that I just wanted to bring to your attention. We love the Georgian Terrace and will be back.
Close proximity to Emory midtown hospital
Having to pay for parking at $60 a night
A very unique hotel built in 1911. Each room we have ever stayed in was neat and clean. The employees are extremely friendly especially the front desk. Sometimes you will hear sirens depending on where your room is located. The best part of staying here is that the Fox Theater is right across the street. A great value not to have to fight with parking and traffic.
Great hotel. Close to things we wanted to do. Loved the hotel history. Would definitely stay there again. Close to Carter Center and World of Coke.
Such a beautiful hotel. It's convenient to the Fox and several good restaurants. The staff is great. We even got a surprise room upgrade. Thanks Jazz and Nessa. We plan on staying here again.
I recently traveled to Atlanta for business and I stayed at The Georgian Terrace in Midtown. During my arrival, Jazlyn provided me with excellent customer service and made me feel welcomed. I alway enjoy my time staying at The Georgian Terrace. I highly recommend this hotel.
Jeremy check me into a really cool room. He showed me some great love. I am a SOUTHWEST flight attendant and he offered phenomenal hospitality.
Jeremy checked us into a really great room. He upgraded us to a nice room and he provided great hospitality.
It was very simple to book my stay and Jeremy was awesome in helping me book my stay. He even gave me an upgrade to enchance my experience. I highly recommend requesting to speak with Jeremy when booking!!
I want to thank Jazlyn at the front desk, she was amazing and accommodated me in a nice room. She was kind and helpful, answered questions patiently. I also want to give another huge shoutout to the individual who is at the front desk at night time. I forgot to ask for his name (description: tall, handsome, hair long locks, tattoo) but he was so helpful, took care of all the matters and issues in an expedited manner. Once the toilet bowl wasn’t flushing, I let him know and he send Greg (I hope I got the name right) the engineer right away to my room. Everyone at the hotel, entire staff thank you and kudos to you. Thank you for everything you do.
Jaz at the front desk was super helpful and amazing soul. The building alone was historically beautiful. The staff was amazing and punctual
The only good thing was how the hotel looked from the lobby, which reminded me of an old palace or something
The room was very old and needed an urgent renovation; the bathroom was very outdated. There's a door in the room that is locked, and until this moment, we don't know what was behind it, very unsettling. The elevator wait was exceptionally long, so we decided to take the stairs for 8 floors after waiting 10 minutes, so we wouldn't miss the World Cup match.
The hotel used the World Cup's momentum to try to deceive guests. We booked the hotel with breakfast included and an *additional* $20 credit per guest per day for the restaurant and bar.
Upon checking in and out, they tried to charge us for the breakfast buffet (which, as lame as it is, is an understatement for the term "breakfast"), saying that breakfast wasn't included. Only our determination and awareness saved us from being overcharged and deceived.
Everything was outstanding 👏 👌
No complaints 👌
