The spacious three bedroom apartment.
The soiled bedding. The lackluster cleaning.
Location was great, and some staff where amazing.
Booked a self contained suite, but it didnt have the basics for cooking and eating in the room. Asked for kitchen cloth, tea towel, spoons, knife and additional items, but couldn't be provided, so had to go out and buy these things.
Booking.com and most sites show the Hotel has a pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, however it hasn't been in operation for a long time, almost false advertising.
For the price of the accommodation there are mu hotels better options elsewhere.
I really enjoy this hotel, the atmosphere and professionalism from the staff. The bar tenders Dj and Davonte are phenomenal bar tenders and very attentive. The chefs Trey and Shanice were also phenomenal and serves superb and quality food. I love this place.
What a great hotel! Loved that the room had a living room, kitchen, and laundry! Staff is super friendly from the Valet's, front desk, bartenders, and all other staff! The hotel lobby is very cool and the entire hotel is immaculate! The elevators were fast and efficient which is awesome when you are on the 14th floor! Next trip to the ATL I will stay here again!
Fojan KHANOM is amazing and her customer service is phenomenal. She will help you get what you need and what you want. Makes your stay beautiful and amazing. The greatest chess player I know. Definitely the CHESS QUEEN.
Muy lindo edificio buena ubicación
Had a small room at first and Fojan was an absolute angel and upgraded us no charge! So nice and welcoming!
Fojan checked me into a beautiful room. The hotel is beautiful
Poor service and lots on improvement needed in the building , it is outdated and needs work , location is good and the hotel needs to be restored to its original beauty
The hotel was across the street from the Fox Theater which was great. However, the room needed an update. The layout was perfect but the conditions of the room were outdated. The TVs were old. The toilet was loose. Stains were on the ceiling. Kitchen colors were outdated. The valet and maintenance men were more friendly than the hotel receptionist. No stocked bar in the room, even if it was just water or treats. The hotel smelled near our room. We could tell the hotel was nice in the past and just wish the upkeep was better.
Jeremy check me and my husband in to this beautiful hotel he gave us a great upgrade. We look forward to going downstairs to PNP and getting something good to drink and
food.
Jeremy check me into a beautiful room. We’re here for a week vacationing. We look forward to a lovely day. Jeremy has been very hospitable.
Georgian Terrace hotel did not know that their parking garage could allow for parking of our vehicle (listed height requirement was incorrect on website and front desk confirmed website instead of speaking with their valet team). We paid for a surrounding parking deck and then upon arrival found out from valet that it would be no problem to park our vehicle.
there were many different floor plans to the rooms with significantly different square footage and quality to walls/floor for the same price. Would have appreciate a heads up as I would have requested a larger room when checking in. I think it is strange to have smaller rooms for the same price as significantly larger suites.
Kitchen is poorly stocked (some suites have mini fridge and some have full kitchen fridge), very few plates cups, no paper towel. no dish soap.
The hotel was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. We were there for the Cortis concert, so it was right across the street. The only outdoor i had was that everything online advertised a roof top pool, and we were so excited about it. But apparently that has been gone for years.
My daughter and I stayed overnight for a Concert.
The location was more the perfect its across from the Fox Theater where the concert was.
Front desk Ladies are very friendly, there was a tiny hiccup with the room but was fixed in no time.
The hotel its self it very old and it showed, it is in dyer need of updating. It was clean enough but could be cleaner with new upgrades.
All in all it was a great experience and would stay there again.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve ever had. They kept charging us, had no idea why and we were never told why. The room had no fridge, no microwave, and the faucet water pressure was horrible. Even motels have little fridges LOL! There was a big gap in the door, to where you could see outside. I genuinely wish I could give this place 0 stars. ALSO, they charge a lot for parking. I’ve never been to a hotel where they charge you for parking. Wouldn’t you think it would be included or something?
Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The air conditioning in Penthouse 5 only worked on the top floor, making much of the suite uncomfortable during some of the hottest days of the summer. Several light fixtures didn’t work, and one of the lights in the shower wasn’t even functional—it appeared to be a decorative fixture rather than an actual light.
The room phones barely worked in PH5, and after we were moved to PH1, they didn’t work at all. We also experienced repeated issues with the key cards, with the door reader frequently failing to recognize them. Over the course of our three-week stay, we went through approximately 50 room keys.
Both rooms had dead roaches when we arrived, which was completely unacceptable. The furniture was visibly dirty upon check-in, and I had to request housekeeping immediately because it was obvious the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Even after housekeeping came, the cleaning was subpar. The showers were not properly cleaned, and overall housekeeping requests often took three to four days to be fulfilled instead of being addressed promptly.
The televisions were another frustration. The remotes advertised Netflix functionality, but neither room actually had working access to the service.
Finally, the valet experience was concerning. Guests should not have to worry about the security of their vehicles, and the overall level of service did not inspire confidence.
For a property of this caliber, the basics should be consistently delivered: clean rooms, functioning air conditioning, working lights and phones, reliable room keys, properly maintained televisions, timely housekeeping, and a safe, trustworthy valet service. Unfortunately, our stay fell well short of those expectations. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Wonderful hotel with courteous professional staff! Rooms are clean and large and the hotel is centrally located. It was a beautiful place for a wedding!!
