היה חדר ענק אבל בלי מכונת קפה , הספה שהיתה בחדר היתה בלתי ניתנת לישיבה , שקעה מרב יושן , אין מקלחת בחדר האמבט , מיושן כמו כן לאנשים מבוגרים קשה , החלונות היו בחלקם מלוכלכים . אבל באפן כללי היתה שהייה מצויינת בגלל הצוות והמיקום. ;חגגתע לנכדתי יום הולדת וציינתי זאת בפנייהם הם הביאו בקבוק יין צלוחית של פטיפורים ושני בקבוקי סודה על חשבון המלון . בסך בכל ללא דמי ביטול לשלושה לילות עלה לנו המלון 1004 $ דרך בוקינג .

The large rooms and location

Cons:

The first night we were given a room next to a industrial grade airconditioner which made sleep very difficult AND the room had virtually no external light because it was next to a lightwell. Fortunately they moved us for the second night. The room we were given for the first night should not be rented as a first class room.

החדר מדהים המיטה נוחה מאוד המקלחת נהדרת, הסבונים מעולים , הסלון החמוד בחדר היה נהדר. המלון נראה מושלם ונעים. המיקום פצצה.

בערב פינו אותי מהלובי מול כולם וביקשו שאעזוב את הישיבה בלובי עם הלפטופ כי לא הזמנתי לשתות. אחת האורחות התביישה בשבילי והלכה להתלונן להנהלה. הצ׳ק אין היה מסובך ובירוקרטי ומורכב והיה נראה שלא רצו לעזור ולהקל עליי. אמרתי שהגעתי מטיסה ואני עייפה אבל זה לא עזר. הצ׳ק אין נמשך המון זמן . היו אי הבנות עם סוגי תשלומים ומיסים והרגשתי שכל פעם חיפשו אותי כדי לעדכן אותי בעוד פרטים במקום לתת לי לנוח אחרי ימים מורכבים בעבודה. אני סוכרתית , בחדר היו המון ממתקים וחטיפים וביקשתי לפנות אותם אבל רצו על על הפינוי 15 דולר. אני חושבת שאפשר להתחשב באורחים סוכרתיים שלא רוצים ממתקים מולם כל השהות. בכל זאת זה חדר ששולם עבורו הרבה מאוד כסף ולא ברור לי למה דחוף שאסתכל על ממתקים שלא רצו לפנות . ובכל זאת נהנתי מהשהות מהמיקום ומהחדר עצמו .
