Pros:

Rooms are very nice and big.

Cons:

People above our floor kept running and jumping all day long. I called the front desk and still didnt stop the mini elephants above us.

Will not stay there anymore
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room, but immediately after checking in, we discovered that the bathroom floor was completely flooded with water. I brought this issue to the representative’s attention, and she informed us that the room already had a known issue. My concern is: if the hotel was aware of the problem beforehand, why was this room assigned to guests in the first place?

We were then moved to another room, but unfortunately the experience did not improve. The new room was located extremely close to the elevator and heavy foot traffic area, making it very noisy due to guests constantly walking by and talking. In addition, the bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, and the pillows were old, misshapen, and had an unpleasant smell. I requested several replacement pillows, but all of them were in similarly poor condition.

The room itself also appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I have video evidence showing hair left in the room upon arrival.

Overall, I am very disappointed and unhappy with the experience, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the lack of proper quality control.

Our stay was super great! We will defend be coming back to this hotel if we are in the area!!!
Pros:

My husband and kids loved the pool ! Especially that pool closes at 10!!! I loved the hot tub and everything in our room was wonderful.

Cons:

The only thing I disliked about the hotel is that the parking was very full at night ): we luckily found one but there is very little parking spots.

The hotel was fine but the staff made some errors that are hard to ignore
Pros:

Rooms were nice, kitchenette was well-stocked. Parking was ample.

Cons:

I had two rooms and they weren’t ready at the same time. One of the rooms was supposed to be on a separate credit card and they charged the same one twice. So that’s wrong.

Excellent value for families
Pros:

Outstanding for families. There are games that can be checked out to play in the lobby with plenty of seating. They also offer free doggy snacks for guests with dogs. Adorable!

Free parking, wifi, and breakfast. Three less things I need to worry about with my kids on vacation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that there was a text option set up to ask questions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. There are plenty of options for adukts and kids. There were more options than most hotels provide. There were different types of eggs (scrambled, fried, and hard boiled), potatoes, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, fruit, turkey bacon, Canadian bacon, and sausage. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and iced water are available all day.

Pros:

Close driving distance to beach, flower fields, food hall, downtown.

Pros:

The space in the room was great! The kitchen facilities were convenient and meet all our needs. Every hotel I've stayed in always has light coming through space between the curtains at night. Hilton has shades instead that blocked out the light and allowed us to get a good night's rest.

Cons:

The paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex were of very poor quality.

Nice hotel, great location for Legoland or Field of Flowers
Pros:

The hotel is very nice & clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The only downfall was the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable that none of us were able to sleep on it.

Pros:

Very close to freeway and other points of interest. The grounds are kept very nice. The breakfast area was maintained beautifully also.
