Sérénité et intimité
Pros:

L’accueil, la proximité avec le Haram et la mise à disposition de navettes. Chambre très confortable et chaîne d’info complètes. Les équipements à disposition aussi ainsi que la propreté des chambres. Petit-déjeuners très complets pour bien attaquer la journée.

Cons:

Peut-être le manque de navettes aux heures de prières qui allongent l’attente. Mais ce n’est pas très grave

Petit dej assez complet, mais le gout est a ameliorer

Les lits font mal au dos, a changer,

Le ptit dej necessite une vrai amelioration en terme de gouts pour les elements suivants : Yagourt, chocolat crepes a amliorer, j'etais surpris par la pinurie des boissons chaudes, bizzarement pas de machine a café !!! Grande defaillance. Sinon le reste est top.

The location is good. The facilities are good.

Cons:

The parking. One of the facilities advertised was free parking. However, I was charged SAR 180 for parking after extensive negotiation, although the original charge was SAR 280. Anyone booking this or any other property in this location should confirm in advance that free parking is expressly included; otherwise, you may face an unexpected and embarrassing situation.

رفضت الاقامة والغيت الحجز حجزت بالبوكنق تطل على اناره ولما سألت المديره المناوبه قالت حجزك بالبوكنق لم تطلبي يطل على اناره الحرم وتقول روحو جهزت لكم غرف تطل على اناره ولما رحنا كانت تطل على جبل وعمائر ورجعنا الموظفه قالت فعلا الفندق مايطل طيب ليش نطلع ونرجع تعبتينا وريته الحجز قلت شوفي يطلع على اناره الحرم قالت اصلا البوكنق اللي شفتيه لايحاكي الواقع سبحان الله كل الشقق اللي اخذته تحاكي الواقع وفلوسي قلت ابي صرف رجعولي يالله رجعوها استحيت من كثر مااقول التعامل سيئ جدا والحجز بطئ جدا

Good service all round
Pros:

I really like how the bell assistant Rahmatullah who was very helpful, he was very respectful and took care of me and my wife. He was fantastic. However the tour service which was based downstairs on the ground floor did not meet our expectations and were unprofessional and had bad customer service, they took our money for the tour which did not meet the standards that were given and that we expected from them, we are very upset about this.
