Pros:

The room was good, had a clean environment, and they had a good presentation of the hotel.

Cons:

But they need to improve their service speed during my stay. I just waited about 2 hours for the water.

Excellent - would stay again.
Pros:

Was very nice. Very clean. And the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing.

I had a great room which was very big, modern she had a great view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a very frequent shuttle to and from the masjid which was great. The breakfast was also great. They also gave me flexible check in and check out times which were very convenient.
The bed I slept in was also very comfortable and they frequently topped my room up with water bottles.

Good Experience
Pros:

It was very clean hotel. Right from the start the Receptionist was very kind and gave us the room the way we wanted. Concierge Service was good too for the luggages. We loved our room. It was with open view full wall windows which we normally like. Bathroom was clean too. They have carts available to drop off and pick people from hotel to the point near haram shareef. Breakfast had wide variety but same for the 2 days we stayed which is fine too as they had extensive options and people working at the Restaurant were very kind and generous. Overall Good Experience

Cons:

Their Housekeeping Service is really slow. We asked for Dental kits twice in the gap of half an hour and still it got more delayed. That also they just got 1 instead of 2. And then later we requested for extra Towels which they said they will send but never received until we checked out the Hotel.

Cons:

تأخير تسجيل الدخول ايضاً طلبي كان غرفة في ادوار علوية ولم يتم توفيرها ، السرير غير مريح ابدا للنوم، القولف المخصص للذهاب للحرم يتأخر واثناء ذهابنا للحرم يوقف ويركب ناس من الرصيف مع النزلاء ، المطعم يتواجد به عمالة عربية واثناء الافطار يبدو ان بينهم مشكله تعاملهم غير مريح وتطلبهم كأنهم يتكرمون عليك ايضاً الافطار غير متنوع ولايوجد فيه خيارات
