So-so.
Pros:

Our experience was so so. We decided to spend our 2 year wedding anni with our 6 month old baby at the Riviera Resort. Our check in was at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6:30pm. That already was not a great start to our vacation. On top of that, we booked the premium room with a tub and staff was not able to get a tub stopper to take a bath until the next day. The tub was the whole reason we booked that room, so that was a bummer. They also limit the amount of towels to 1 towel per person at the pools. Lastly, there was a large bug in our room that appeared to be some sort of caterpillar or worm. It was big enough I saw it crawling on the bathroom floor from the bed. It made the room feel less clean and uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful overall. It was just the delay on the tub stopper that was inconvenient, along with the large bug in the bathroom that affected our overall experience.

Truly disappointing.
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant circa 59 were friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Day shift staff at the front desk were rude. The oasis pool bar was closed. Myself and a few other guests called to ask about it being open and front desk said someone would be out shortly. About 2 hours after no one showed up to manage the bar asked again and were told they would send someone out waited just about nearly 5 hours just to find out at the cafe that that bar is permanently closed at the oasis pool. My daughter called to ask for a few plates and a microwave and got a very rude response from front desk. My family and i first time here and checked out a day early because we were really disappointed in the way the manager and Sara treated us. Not to mention that I was told for the adults in the rooms would have complimentary breakfast and when I asked the manager again her response was rude and had been given false information.

My stay was amazing besides the check in
Pros:

Clean, room near the pool, close shopping nearby

Cons:

The front desk attendant who checked me in was rude and very short with me. She had very unwelcoming energy.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient and is close to many stores and restaurants in Palm Springs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. James upfront at the valet helped us with our luggage and let us know about the spa and restaurant on property as well.

Too expensive to not have all the accommodations
Cons:

Had 2 roll away beds as the room with two beds i booked wasn't available, the next day with a do not disturb sign on thr door housekeeping took the 2 beds out of my room. When I asked for them back they were unavailable and had to switch rooms. Not happy staff went in my room with the do not disturb on the door.
