It was close to the airport where I had a early morning flight ✈️
Beds were hard as rocks and I think because you put so much bleach on your sheets and blankets I had a bad reaction and was itching all night. Got no sleep.
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport was outstanding! You simply can't beat the convenience of walking straight from the hotel into the airport terminal, making early morning flights completely stress-free.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax before our flight.
I also loved the dining options. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere, so there was no need to leave the hotel.
If you're flying into or out of Orlando and want a clean, comfortable, and exceptionally convenient place to stay with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. I will definitely stay here again!
The Hyatt Regency hotel is an oasis in a busy, chaotic airport. Order the crawfish chowder. You will not be disappointed.
In terms of convenience of getting up early and not having to worry about being late for my morning flight, it was nice. I got my room quicker than anticipated which at first, I was happy about but the experience i had later in the day was not ok. The room was base level, the balcony was sad with two little chairs out in the sun and it wasnt inviting enough for me to go outside. The TV was huge but the quality when on certain channels was bad, it would glitch or the lighting would go in and out. The pillows were small for a king size bed but it was ok. And the toliet seat was kind of crooked. My biggest grievance was the fact that 3 housekeepers tried twice to open my door, that I had deadbolt while I was taking a nap. I was extremely tired and i almost didnt wake up to the second attempt because I thought, "that cant be my door." That was not ok. Especially since one of the housekeepers I saw through the peephole, I had made eye contact with when going into the room originally so I thought she knew I was in there. As a woman traveling alone, that experience was off putting for sure. It had me nervous to sleep again all night. I didnt love how easy it was to get in and if my room wasn't deadbolt, they would've entered while I was taking a nap. Say, I had left the room to go out and explore Orlando and they came in, would they have thrown my stuff off or something. I dont understand why they werent informed the room was taken. That whole situation was a mess. Please do better.

On site with the airport so easy to get our flight
Reception when we checked in weren’t that helpful about where to find room we ended up going a long way and they didn’t tell us how to use key card to get to the room. Nothing about where we can eat breakfast etc. nice but not helpful when you’re tired and with 2 kids with luggage
