Had an early morning flight and was staying an hour from the airport so we stayed here again and it was as wonderful as always. Quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. Staff was helpful and efficient.

Excellent location right in the middle of the airport. The hotel had an easy access to the airport, you just go down the stairs right into the airport.
The room was spacious and clean. It also had a balcony where you get to watch the planes taking off and landing, and there wasnt any noise from the planes. The glass was sound proof. I had a very relaxing sleep before my flight.
A kettle in the room would be great.

Prepaid for a room through Expedia. Upon arrival was told that our room class was sold out. Offered two cheaper room options or pay $75 for a room upgrade. Showed front desk staff that the Hyatt website was still showing our room available for booking. Was told not true and had to take the room downgrade. Had to request some compensation since I had already paid for the more expensive room through Expedia. Was told they could try to submit something through Expedia and see what happens OR they could give me some hotel credit to use in the restaurant. Felt obligated to take the hotel credit knowing I would be spending hours of my life trying to recoup the cost difference. Usually enjoy Hyatt hotels over all other chains but will be staying again from this hotel. Restaurant was pretty good so not all a loss.
We'd always wanted to stay at the hotel inside Orlando International Airport but could never quite justify the cost. This trip, with a very early morning departure and the need to return a rental car, made it well worth it,and we were pleasantly surprised that the room rate was very reasonable.
The room was very comfortable, and we had a balcony overlooking the airport terminal. Just a note for anyone expecting to step outside: the balcony doors are permanently locked that face inside the airport and not accessible, per airport authority regulations.
What impressed us most was how quiet the room was. We couldn't hear any noise from the terminal below or from airplanes outside, making for a great night's sleep.
We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have an early flight, and we'd happily stay here again.
