Once in a life time stay in a castle!
Pros:

Breakfast was top notch including special orders and champagne

Cons:

The bathroom each is designed differently but if u have any physical restrictions..be sure to ask for a shower room. The bath tub was quite difficult to enter because of height

Sehr aussergewöhnliche Tage in wunderschönem historischen Ambiente
Pros:

Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und auch die Auswahl war sehr groß.
Man konnte einige Arten von Eierspeisen bestellen und die Auswahl an Getränken war ebenfalls vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Dampfbad ist eine Plastikausführung und passt daher nicht in das Gesamtkonzept.

Beautiful castle on the banks of the Moselle
Pros:

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel on the banks of the Moselle. It is a great stop over when driving to Germany. We had a room upgrade to river view which was much appreciated. We ate at the restaurant, food was good and drinks excellent. The breakfast is also super.

Cons:

There was an issue with the invoice on check out but this was resolved well.

Cons:

Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel muss eine Minibar im Zimmer sein. Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gereinigt. Der Teppichboden nicht gesaugt, der Badezimmerboden nicht feucht gereinigt. Am Fenster hatte es Spinnweben und der Vorhang war zerrissen. Das Wasser im Waschbecken floss fast nicht ab. Wir reklamierten an der Reception , es wurde die ganzen 5 Tage bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht behoben. Im Restaurant sehr lange Wartezeiten. In einem 5 Sterne + Hotel sind wir uns anderes gewohnt.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Ein Zimmerwechsel war aufgrund der anfänglichen Lautstärke auf Nachfrage kein Problem. Zuvorkommend und eine hohe Gastfreundlichkeit haben wir im Frühstückssaal erlebt. Unfassbar toll hat man sich um uns gekümmert. Einen besonderen Dank noch einmal hierfür.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht!
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Mosel Blick gebucht. Ja, es gab ein kleines Fenster, aus dem Mein Moses sehen konnte. War also nicht gelogen, aber sehr großzügig interpretiert.

The restaurant has a gorgeous terrace, and the food is very tasty. The staff is friendly. However, it is very overpriced, and the wines are not delicious unfortunately. It took a very long time to be served. We will not return here to dine.

Das Ambiente war schön, die Lage des Schloss gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es einige Probleme: der Tresor funktionierte nicht (Tastatur hing locker am Safe). Beleuchtung am Spiegel des Badezimmer s funktionierte nicht, an der Wand der Dusche/Wanne löste sich der Putz.
Frühstück ist in der Relation zum Preis bescheiden, z. B. Früchte wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
