An exceptional stay in every way: a spotless masseria, a beautiful location, breakfast i the garden among the olive trees, and above all Emanuele’s outstanding hospitality—he drove us around, showed us Locorotondo, recommended wonderful places nearby, arranged a romantic surprise for my partner, was available for us 24/7, and even gave us a lovely farewell gift. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views of Locorotondo and gorgeous grounds, walking distance to Locorotondo, beautiful spacious room with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and cappuccino and super friendly staff. Emanuel, the owner of the property, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay.

Es un nuevo concepto de lujo donde destaca el diseño al detalle, el máximo confort y unas habitaciones e instalaciones preciosas. Al ser un hotel de pocas habitaciones ofrece una exclusividad total, convirtiéndose en el cuartel general ideal para desconectar y conocer todos los pueblos de la zona gracias a su excelente ubicación.
El entorno es mágico: un jardín espectacular y muy cuidado con vistas preciosas a Locorotondo, y una maravillosa zona de piscina que invita a un descanso verdaderamente reconfortante. Es un lugar único donde, nada más llegar, el olor ya te envuelve.
Lo mejor de todo es el factor humano: un equipo selecto, escogido con mimo, que está pendiente de todo con una amabilidad y un trato exquisito. Ofrecen un servicio a medida de nivel sublime y gestionan de inmediato cualquier petición. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo liderado por su propietario, Emanuel, por hacer realidad este maravilloso proyecto. ¡Una masseria boutique única que recomendamos al cien por cien y a la que volveremos seguro para vivir de nuevo la experiencia!

Excepcional! Um hotel encantador, impecavelmente conservado com o cuidado e a atenção do proprietário da masseria. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Ficamos em um autêntico trullo, restaurado e modernizado com bom gosto. Nosso quarto no trullo tinha um espaço externo privativo com mesa e cadeiras, onde podíamos desfrutar de uma taça de vinho enquanto contemplávamos as estrelas. O hotel possui uma piscina deslumbrante, perfeita para relaxar entre as roseiras com uma vista esplêndida da vila de Locorrotondo. A vila fica a uma agradável caminhada de 15 minutos. A melhor maneira de se locomover pela região é de carro. No entanto, também é possível contratar um serviço de motorista particular para visitar cidades próximas. O hotel possui belos jardins com paisagens encantadoras. É um local tranquilo, com um pomar e um pequeno parque infantil. O café da manhã é servido em estilo buffet, com uma variedade de doces, e você pode pedir ovos, frutas, sucos e café da sua preferência. Que experiência maravilhosa! Che esperienza meravigliosa! Probablement l’un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné.
L’accueil d’Emmanuel et de son équipe est remarquable, le cadre est magnifique au milieu des oliviers et les jardins sont entretenus à la perfection. Tout est calme, élégant et authentique.
Le petit-déjeuner maison est un vrai régal, avec des gâteaux délicieux chaque matin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre 32, un peu à l’écart, idéale avec notre fils de 2 ans. L’aire de jeux intégrée dans le jardin est également une excellente attention pour les familles.
Points forts : l’accueil, le cadre, le calme, le petit-déjeuner, la propreté et le soin apporté à chaque détail.

We loved our stay here and felt quite sad to leave. The Masseria is beautiful, and in a beautiful setting, well landscaped, with a gorgeous view of Locorotondo. Emanuel and the staff were so helpful, especially at breakfast and in booking dinner reservations for us. It's very central to many other towns in the region, assuming you have a car. The breakfast was abundant and well presented. There was a pool but we didn't use it; however it looked very pretty with many loungers around. Also appreciated the air conditioning which worked well, unlike most places on our trip.

Masseria Grofoleo is the most amazing and relaxing place to stay during a trip to Italy. Very conveniently located close to the city of Locorotondo you can walk to nearby wineries, and if you have a car there are many beautiful towns nearby. The masseria is extremely well appointed and Emmanuel and his team are so welcoming and attentive. We cannot wait to come back here again it was truly the best place we stayed in all of Italy.

Un lieu intime, où l'on est parfaitement accueilli. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et tout est délicieux. Du petit déjeuner avec les confitures de sa maman (délicieuses) à la couleur des murs intérieurs du trulli. Et quelle vue. Un petit paradis.

Il posto è di una bellezza unica, spazi ampi, camera grande con un letto molto confortevole ed un bagno molto grande. A fare la differenza è soprattutto la gentilezza dei proprietari e del personale. La colazione di buon livello viene servita in uno spazio rilassante con un personale di sala sempre a disposizione.

Manu and his whole team could not have been more welcoming, friendly and attentive. There literally was nothing that they couldn’t do to make our stay better from collecting us after dinner in town to recommending fabulous places for lunch and dinners. Will definitely go back and spend a longer time.

What a picture perfect setting! Such a lovely property and very close to the town of Locorotondo. Emmanuel and his team could not have been more helpful. One day it was raining when we arrived back to the Masseria and they appeared out of nowhere with umbrellas!! The breakfast was amazing - cooked to order eggs, meats/cheeses, fruit, sweets. Our room had a private patio which was lovely. The location is great for exploring many of the charming towns in the area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
