Perfect location for short stay
Pros:

The location is the best advantage of this property! It is in the middle of shopping paradise in Bogota. Walking distance to mall & shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull!

Cons:

The rooms were outdated. Beds were very small. Bathroom was very small. There were construction works being done in or next to the building so the whole day drilling and noise. And this was not informed during booking. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the next room sneeze.

Excellent location in the heart of Zona T, within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast offered a good variety with high-quality products. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The shower was disappointing. The water pressure was quite weak, and it took around 10 minutes for the hot water to reach a comfortable temperature. This was the only aspect that fell below our expectations.

We stayed at Avani Royal Zona T Bogotá Hotel from July 8–11, 2026 as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
The hotel's biggest strengths are definitely its excellent location and great breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring Bogotá, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.
The rooms were comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to sleep well after busy days in the city.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the showers. Every morning we had to wait about 5–10 minutes for the hot water to arrive, and the water pressure was quite low. In addition, most of the staff spoke very little English, which made communication more difficult than expected.
Despite these minor drawbacks, we really enjoyed our stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would happily stay here again. We would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Bogotá
