My air went out the 3rd night with no rooms left to change me, I had to wait til maintenance the next day. It was super hot in Vegas in July.

Very disappointed for price paid. We will send an email to the manager of the property too.
Cons:

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the property, which was way after the check in time. We were very disappointed as we had a 20 month old baby tired from the trip and we couldn’t cook his food on time for dinner. Receptionist was not welcoming either. She even looked upset whenever we asked her questions.

Yeah was an absolute joy!! We had not been greeted with such a great attitude from bring staff as we did with her.. she was definitely the bonus to our trip.. a must keep. This is the type of employee you measure sure to take care of.

Excelente relación precio/calidad
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda, la ubicación es excelente, al no estar cerca del strip la zona es bien tranquila, sin embargo esta a 20 minutos de esta, lo cual lo hace conveniente también. El desayuno incluido esta muy decente y con mucha variedad de alimentos. El personal es muy amable.
