Cleanliness and lack of towels in the room. TV didn’t work
We chose the Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View because of its convenient location after arriving on the ferry. The hotel offers on-site parking, making arrival easy, and our spacious room was clean, quiet, and had a view of the harbour. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and having an on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience after a long day of travel. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and we would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired - but was acceptable.
Spent one night in the hotel as passing through St John from the ferry. Room was as expected and perfectly adequate. Your restaurant was dreadful! The food barely edible, staff miserable and unhelpful, particularly at breakfast. I was never shown a breakfast menu and only realised when I was leaving that there was a menu and I might have chosen something more interesting after the previous evening's offerings. Check-out staff at reception somewhat under trained and took ages as others were in and out before us.
