Location was great for visiting different parts of Chattanooga.
Excellent place to stay. Professional staff and available to meet your needs. If you need anything just ask. They were great!
Need a few basketballs on sight. Need chairs to lay back in the sun. Folks lay by a pool.
The hotel room was not clean, had ripped carpet, and the hotel overall needs to be updated. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful but when trying to resolve being overcharged for our room, no one was willing to help. Until the property is renovated, I would not stay here and be sure to double check what rate you are quoted versus what they actually charge you, because $125 more per night is a huge difference when you are pricing hotels. I won't be going back to this property.
The staff was cordial and accommodating.
Adjusting the room temperature was a task. It was already set on 68° when we arrived which was good because the outside temp was in the upper 90's. Adjusting it to 70° made the heat come on and the vent was directed at my bed; that wasnt going ro work, so we turned it back to 68°; it was freezing; I had to get a blanket. After getting up a couple of times during the night, it was finally okay. I had to make thes adjustment daily.
Also, we had a roach and ladybugs appear in the room.
The Homewood Suites brand is usually a guaranty of well taken care facilities and very good customer service, well, unfortunately this location is the exception.
The room was never cleaned up after multiple requests that were plainly ignored by the staff. Fresh towels and toilette supplies had to be requested several times as well.
The cleanness of the food area was sub standard and the food was overly greasy.
Made plans to grill by the pool with the hotel grills, those were out of propane and the response was they would refill the next day.
One of the mattresses was very filthy, and I could go on.
As I had talked to the hotel GM, I perceived the apologies sincere, however, the rest of the staff did not even try to make things right.
The breaksfast was exactly the same for 4 days

Room was good size, clean and comfortable.

Room was large and roomy for our family of 4 and beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent with choices of waffles, eggs, sausage, breads/pastries, oatmeal and much more. Ice machine available on every floor. Free onsite parking. Housekeeping available every other day depending on the length of your stay. Full size fridge made ice.
Receptionist was not the greatest when we checked in around 4 p.m. on June 21st. She had no name trash on so I can't provide a name but she had the "I don't want to be here attitude". Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the sliding glass door was broken/not on the track which we reported immediately so we wouldn't be held accountable for that. Looks like the there was a light above the shower that someone removed and tried to cover up but didn't do so correctly as there are holes in the ceiling that still need to be patched up (room 314).
It was close tot he interstate
The facility itself was very dirty. We showed up a little early but waited for the 3:00 check in and was told they weren’t ready. I asked when they would and got no answer. It was only after I picked up the manager card and got on the phone my room was ready. It seemed like an inconvenience. Once we got to the room several things were dirty. Overall horrible experience and nowhere near the value for what we paid. I’ve stayed at Homewood Suites before and this was not up to par.
Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location, easy access to property from highway. Both Sam's Club (for gas) and WalMart (for snacks) were very close. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.
The room had a strong odor of a cleansing agent because I am sure (but not positive) that a dog (or other animal) had stayed in the room the previous night. The furniture was stained and the rugs, carpets and bathroom floor tiles were sticky. No additional toiletry items were in the bathroom. No laundry bag in the closet. This property was the worst Homeward Suites I have ever stayed in and needs updating.
Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

Front desk staff said the right words but acted like they didn't want to be there.
Breakfast offerings were OK but not presented well. Hashbrowns were cold, yogurt was floating in ice water. A mini fridge would've been nice for the yogurt.
Hard to regulate room temperature.
Lobby and main areas were very nice. The room was not.
The suite was not clean. It smelled musty. The furniture was beat up and couch smelled as well. The bathroom shower drain backed up. We were only passing through for one night. I would not choose them again
