I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of that last day years ago, but it definitely was not the same
Experience this go around. The only thing I can say is the property location is great. Other then that it was very disappointing
I couldn’t check in early as no rooms were clean or available. Attempted to check in at 4pm and the rooms still were not ready, closer to 5 I made it and once I got to my room the toilet was not working. I went to receptionist and kindly asked for a the toilet to be fixed. I took off and came back hours later and the toilet was still not fixed so. I went to let them know hey, 2nd time I am asking to make the facilities available for our room. The lady said she would have it fixed within the hour, I then left and came back around 1am and the toilet still was not fixed. I was not able to get a refund as I was not happy by this 3rd complaint, the receptionist said she didn’t have anyone available to fix it. Then gave me a bedroom, so at 2am I’m not having to relocate for another room. When we made it to the room, the door was extremely tampered I definitely didn’t feel safe. And the room smelt of mold and now my spouse and I are sick. I will not stay here and am not happy I was not able to get a refund. I spent lot of money on basic amenities, that’s all I needed and couldn’t even get that.

There was no toilet paper to refill a almost empty roll, there was only one set of dishes, the air conditioner was extremely loud, when I asked the girl at the front desk in the morning if she could print out directions to the event I was going to she told me she couldn't.
Breakfast was fair.

Pool is out of service months ago, the hot tub it's sealed whit concrete and breakfast is not enough for all the guests in the time what the hotel says, the rate whit booking is to expensive for the hotel what I take.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a 4 night stay.
The roll in shower for mobility wasn't safe with the bench seat not sitting evenly and leaning down. Person with limited mobility wouldn't be able to use it safely. Otherwise it was a great room.
The room was very nice.
The site advertised a pool and jacuzzi in the photo section on the app and the jacuzzi was filled in with concrete and the pool had a huge cover over it. The breakfast was sub par.
I like that I had a two bedroom with kitchen included
The pool was closed the hot tub was gone. The room wasn't ready at check in time the fireplace was not available for use. The room had not been cleaned good still had some of the last persons clothes under the couch and bed. Requesting towels took forever maid never came by the room i stayed two nights. Breakfast was cold, eggs were runny. They didn't seem friendly.
