Pathetic!!
Pros:

PLEASE…..PLEASE…..PLEASE spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
The worst managed and maintained hotel that we’ve ever stayed at.
Michael Harris and the folks at Ledgestone Hospitality should be utterly ashamed to put their name as managing this property.
I will never stay at a Sonesta again as long as I live, based on this experience alone.
If you are going to advertise a certain product, then you should at least be honest on what you are offering.
The grounds are dead and unsafe.
I don’t even know what to say, but there have been numerous negative reviews about this place for years.
So please review them and use your better judgment and book elsewhere.

Great choice
Pros:

Excellent place to stay with lots to do from volleyball to sitting by a fire pit. Pet friendly with lots of places to walk you dog, picnic tables, bbq. The room was very nice with a kitchen, a comfy couch, and the bed was just right. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Reno.

We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times….and it appears to be heading south. I
Pros:

The location is nice right off of Hwy 395 and plenty of businesses and places to eat in the area. The room was large, 2 king bedrooms and two bathroom, a dinning area and a full kitchen, with a refrigerator that made plenty of ice.

Cons:

The property appears to be heading down hill. The hall ways were pretty dirty and all the carpet (both in the hallways and our room was in need of replacing. Also….there was no hair dryer in the room.

Cons:

The lady that worked on 3/28 that morning at breakfast time . She a rude worker the breakfast area was dirty stuff spilled , we asked for clean up she stated she busy after breakfast they clean up. She s rude no team work worker .

It was great, wish I had stayed longer to give it more of a chance
Pros:

The room was very clean and roomy, i enjoyed having a microwave and dish washer. I loved that it felt home-like

Cons:

The thin walls or whatever it is but I was up until like 3 am cause all I heard was everyone above us slamming doors and talking loud
