Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und insgesamt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Der Lärm war teilweise sehr störend, besonders während der Frühstückszeit. Hier hätte man deutlich mehr Rücksicht auf die Gäste nehmen können. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber nichts Besonderes. In der Dusche kam das Wasser nur sehr schwach heraus. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls enttäuscht: Die Auswahl war gering und der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Aufgrund der Überfüllung wirkte das Frühstück eher wie eine Massenabfertigung als ein entspannter Start in den Tag. Auch der Poolbereich war für die Anzahl der Gäste deutlich zu klein und ständig überfüllt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war insgesamt durchschnittlich und hätte besser sein können.

Tolles Hotel, super Lage, Tiefgarage viel zu teuer

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr für die Tiefgarage grenzt meiner Meinung nach an Abzocke.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mit einer direkten öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum. Die Anmeldung war unkompliziert, da man kurz vor dem Hotel parken kann.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Das Bett ist groß, und die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm. Auch das Bad ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Wasserkocher steht zur Verfügung, ebenso Tee und Kaffee für den ersten Tag.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist teuer, und die Parkgebühr von 25 Euro pro 24 Stunden direkt neben dem Hotel ist überhöht. Man kann aber in der Nähe auch günstigere Parkmöglichkeit finden. Wir hatte nur Badewanne und keine Dusche.
