The location is good.

Cons:

The rooms require renovation. There were no bathrobe and slippers in the rooms. The pool is small, has tiles with sharp edges, and the slope is so big, so you slip and fall when entering the pool. The pool is separated from the spa center. While the spa center does not have a pool (only jakuzzi), so you have to choose and can't have both.

Att man inte kan få rummet tidigare som jag ändå fyllde i när jag bokade rummet att jag hade velat ha tillgång till rummet vid 10-11. Vi tog natt båten från ystad till swinoujcie efter det tåg sen när vi var framme fanns det inget rum ledigt förens exakt klockan 15.00 då har vi väntat på ett shopping centrer Galaxy i 6 timmar och när vi äntligen gick tillbaka för checka in för den va 14.50 cirka då säger mannen i receptionen att man inte behöver vara så punktligt i tid utan kan komma lite över 15.00. Så det va hemskt att vänta så många timmar för att få ett rum och hade kunnat betala mer för att få rummet tidigare. Står ingenting att hotellet renoverar gillar att ta en drink längst upp i hotellet så klart va de stängt eftersom jag bokar hotellet 3-4 gånger per år men efter denna vistelsen kommer jag inte välja sas mer med min familj.
