Pros:

The location is great, in the old town.
Nana, the owner offered us an upgrade for free, se we had a spacoius two rooms with three balconies where we would have breakfast or dinner.
We couls do a small laundey for 20 gel which was great.
Nana also showed us a nice familiar restaurant with great prices.

Cons:

Please remind that the hotel closes at 12 pm. Together with your room key, there is a thing attached that opens the main door when it is closed.
During our stay of 5 days, the room was cleaned one time. For us this is ok. Only fyi.

Расположение и чистота!
Pros:

Один из немногих чистых и честных отелей. Очень чисто, комфортно, расположен в старом центре. Рядом чудесное кафе, которое держат бабушки - хозяйка подскажет. Домашняя вкусная и недорогая кухня.

Локация отличная, в отеле чисто, свой грузинский колорит, был номер с выходом в грузинский двор) очень своеобразно, если интересно посмотреть не только на туристические объекты, но и увидеть настоящую Грузию, то отличный вариант. Хозяйка Нана очень приветливая и доброжелательная, даже ночью спокойно реагировала на наши поздние приходы )

Cons:

Матрац был некомфортный, подушки тоже, до меня это было очень болезненно, особенно с моей спиной

Great value for money, lovely host
Pros:

The owner is absolutely lovely and so so helpful. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and the property is in a great location. Balcony was fantastic

Cons:

The lock broke on our door but the owner was so quick to help and move us into a new room (an even nicer one) so no big deal at all!

Близкое расположение от моря и от центра.
Бронировали номер без балкона, но при заселении от него не нашли ключа, поэтому за ту же сумму нам дали номер с балконом. Утром мы пили кофе на балконе, а вечером вино. Это было прекрасно!

Нормальная гостиница в хорошем месте. В остальном - уюта не почувствовали. Дорого для такого.

Cons:

На балконе с потолка сыпалась штукатурка. Душевую лейку невозможно было закрепить на стене. Чайник был, но ни чая, ни кофе в номере не было.
