⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9-Day Stay at El Cid El Moro – Truly Memorable!

I recently spent 9 days at El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel in Mazatlán, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I booked the Elite All Inclusive package, and it was absolutely worth it!

The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. From the front desk to the restaurant servers, everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of. Their service really elevated the whole trip.

The food was another highlight. With the Elite package, I enjoyed delicious meals at several restaurants, and the variety was incredible—everything from authentic Mexican dishes to fresh seafood and international cuisine. The quality and flavor were top-notch every single day.

The location was also super convenient. There were plenty of nearby shops and local markets just a short walk away, which made it easy to pick up souvenirs, snacks, or anything else I needed during my stay.

Overall, my time at El Cid El Moro was relaxing, fun, and full of great memories. I’d highly recommend choosing the Elite All Inclusive package if you want the best experience possible—amazing food, excellent service, and extra comfort all around. I can’t wait to come back!

Customer service terrible hotel was wonderful

Our room was perfectly clean everyday, Staff was friendly and all was perfect for our little family trip!

Me and my wife had a really good time. It was our first time here and it was an awesome experience. Definitely will come back in the future. Maybe when it’s a bit more cooler.

This property is very outdated, our room had a roach, housekeeping did not even noticed while cleaning. We reported the issue and no one even bother to take care of the issue. The quality of food is very bland and basic not worth to pay for all inclusive. The resort was very busy as it is the school holiday so expect lots of families with children which can be a pool take over and very loud. I would not recommend this resort. We tour The El Cid Marina and that place is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend to stay in the downtown area rather than the Golden Zone area. Mazatlán is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit overall, I would visit again.

Rooms were truly disappointing. Bed sheets were dirty with lipstick. 2/5 elevators were working. Had to change rooms due to AC problems.
All inclusive was extremely misleading as I came to realize there’s another level of all inclusive once you reach the hotel.

The hotel was nice, but overall the room was very hot, and when we had rain the roof was leaking. The breakfast buffet was cold and not so good.

Ramon, the waiter from the bar outside by the pool, was awesome. He waited on us and was so polite. When we came down, he knew exactly what we wanted to drink. He was the greatest!

We had all inclusive and yet. No waters in rooms, food by pool is sold. No night shows. Room service is extra charge. Very limited all inclusive.

The rooms were great! But the restaurant variation was limited. Especially for those that don’t eat sea food .

The rooms were great and very spacious. Beautiful views but thin unsafe windows. They seemed like they were falling apart and definitely feel like if u lean on them u will fall over. Last day we found a little roach which was surprising since our room and hotel felt very clean. Pool was great my kids loved it but was a little crowded at times. Not a big deal. and we loved the beach out front with great music. Not a close walk to the mazatlan letters but very close drive. Food was not good at buffet but ok food by the pool area and drinks were hit or miss but we made reservations at the seafood restaurant at their other location (cid marina) and it was so delicious!!! Id stay again keeping in mind that i will mostly eat out during my stay.
