A well-located hotel let down by poor service and several unacceptable experiences.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport options within easy reach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations.

* I had to wait in line for over an hour just to check in. After finally reaching the desk, I was asked whether I would like a room on a higher floor (32nd instead of the 28th floor). Naturally, I accepted the offer.

* About 30 minutes after arriving in my room, what I believe was a manager together with a housekeeper came to my room and asked when I would be moving back to my original room. I was confused and asked what they meant. They explained that I was originally assigned a room on the 28th floor and wanted to know when I would leave the room on the 32nd floor. I explained that I had been upgraded to the 32nd floor and had no intention of moving because that was the room I had been given. They then claimed that I should also have received a key for the room on the 28th floor and again asked when I would move there. I told them that I had never received such a key and had been sent directly to the room on the 32nd floor after check-in. The response I received was an annoyed look because “that wasn’t what was shown on the tablet,” after which the door was abruptly closed in my face. This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

* The breakfast offered far too few options for the price being charged. Surprisingly, there were not even basic items such as croissants available.

* The air conditioning in the room barely worked, if at all.

* I was stuck in the elevator for approximately 30 minutes. After we were finally rescued, not a single member of staff checked on me or the other hotel guests to see if we were okay. This lack of concern was very disappointing and unacceptable.

Pros:

Le confort des lits, le personnel ( j’avais oublié mon chargeur et ils m’ont dépanné tout le séjour) et la situation est top

Cons:

Le nettoyage faut appuyer sur un bouton le jour précédent avant 11h j’ai pris 3 nuits donc premier jour impossible avant 11h car le Check in est après midi, pas grave et j’avais lu seulement avant 11h donc le 3e jour j’avais appuyé trop tard donc aucun nettoyage …pas de café pas de serviette mais après une demande à la réception c’était réglé et le petit déjeuné à 19€ dommage que les jus soient industriels

Underligt arrangement med toilet, bad og håndvask der hver især var opdelt med en glasvæg! Der var ikke noget skab til tøj så det lå i kufferten. Man skulle bestille rengøring via en knap på et spejl, der skulle lyse grøn og det skulle være inden kl 11 dagen inden man ønskede rengøring. Det fungerede en gang for os på 5 dage. Ingen orientering om wifi / manglende wifi

O hotel é bem centralizado.

Cons:

O hotel não oferece o que propõe. Não possui ar condicionado e ao questionarmos, fomos informados que o hotel só possui sistema de refrigeração. Foram 4 dias terríveis, com muito calor e noites em claro. Não recomendo a ninguém hospedar-se nesse local. Tb não limpam o quarto diariamente.

Für diesen Trip perfekt genialer Place im Zentrum Berlins 🇩🇪🌈🎭
Pros:

Alle Anfragen wurden erfüllt wie höherer Stock und Sicht auf Fernsehturm. 👍 Freundlicherer Kontakt an der Reception. Schnelle Lifte in die verschiedenen Stockwerke. Frühstück ganz ordentlich mit netter Umgebung. Top Lage für Berlin am Alexanderplatz. Tiefgarage am Hotel mit direktem Zugang. Trotz der schlechten Erfahrung werde ich dem Hotel aus den 1970 Jahren noch eine Chance geben 🫵🏻👋🏻😄

Cons:

Leider gibt es doch einige Sachen die nicht in Ordnung waren. Zimmer relativ klein und Ausstattung schäbig bzw. Defekt. Der Fön war total alt und das Plastik klebte schon - Nogo. Bitte ersetzen. Die Kosmetiktücher waren in einem Fach bei dem Waschtisch untergebracht. Beim rausziehen eines Tuches kam die ganze schwere Metalleinrahmung incl. Tücherbox mit und viel mir fast auf die Füße! Zimmerservice kam ohne anklopfen kurz vor dem verlassen des Hotels einfach rein 🤡🤔 Gibt wohl Probleme mit der Einweisung und Sprachbarriere der Angestellten. Die Stockwerkmanagerin wie ich beobachten konnte, hatte an meinem Zimmer angeklopft als die Servicekraft zu gange war. Eine zweite Nacht die ich angefragt hatte war viel teurer als meine erste und ich verließ Berlin.

Dejligt ophold, Berlin vil du ikke hjem fra.
Pros:

Dejlig beliggenhed, historisk bygning, venligt personale. Der kan også være fantastisk udsigt, vores var noget mere ordinær på femte sal modsat tv-tårnet, men sådan er det.

Cons:

Der kunne godt være mere skabsplads og mere afsondrede bade- og toiletfaciliteter.

O hotel não tem ar condicionado nos apartamentos. Existe um sistema de refrigeração que não funciona bem. Em um momento em que as temperaturas em Berlim passam dos 42º graus, não tivemos assistência. Com excessão dos recepcionistas Cornelios e Lino todo o staff se mostra pouco proativo. Sob a aparência de uma agenda ambiental, a qual penso necessária, o hotel se apropria desse movimento para não fazer a limpeza do quarto, nem a troca de toalhas em três noites hospedados. Todo para ser uma grande experiência, mas não foi. Não recomendo.
