Henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa ja hintalaatu suhde aivan poikkeuksellisen hyvä!

Cons:

Meidän hotellihuoneen vessa oli hieman erikoinen. Valot välkkyivät ja vessanpönttö jäi "vetämään" nappia painaessa pitkäksi ajaksi.

Pros:

Location is excellent to get anywhere in Berlin. Room was simple but clean with good beds and excellent view to the north (31st floor). Good breakfast, but may get busy at peak hours.

Cons:

Sometimes queues at the elevator. And at check-in. Curtains in the room may leave quite some light in in the morning. Room clean but ceilings may need some renovation at a certain point in time.

Great Location, Poor Experience
Pros:

Location, and the view was spectacular!

Cons:

Overcrowded hotel. Housekeeping never showed up during my stay. The shower water would suddenly become scalding hot whenever the toilet was flushed or the sink was turned on it seems like the plumbing is all connected. The room also lacked basic toiletries and amenities.

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick und ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Super Lage direkt am Alexanderplatz, alles schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Der Ausblick über die Stadt ist großartig, das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

komfortabel und die beste Aussicht direkt im Zentrum Berlins!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage am Alexanderplatz ist unschlagbar, man ist sofort überall. Der Panoramablick über Berlin war klasse, der Check-in verlief zügig und das Zimmer war wie immer tadellos sauber und komfortabel.
