Bałagan wokół obiektu, wieczny remonty, przebudowy i nowe inwestycje. Do tego dworzec Alexander Platz w remoncie
Pros:

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie, świetny widok z 30 piętra na miasto

Cons:

Długa kolejka przy check-in, 45 minut stania, automatycznie nie można się było zarejestrować

Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich: Kaffee sehr schlecht, Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen im Prinzip (trotz großen Buffets, das ist aber der Größe des Hauses geschuldet) gering.

No salía agua fría del grifo del baño y el WC desaguaba el papel, no tenía presión. Te cobran dos euros por dejar la maleta una vez hecho el check Out y encima me cobraron cuatro euros que me di cuenta y me lo devolvieron

Ich warte seit 6 Wochen auf die Zusendung meiner Rechnung. Trotz Abgabe meiner Mailadresse im Hotel bei PC Ausfall, keine mail. Und auf nachfrage über den Kontakt nur eine Bitte den kontakt direkt zu machen. Trotz direktem Anschreiben keine Mail.

-отличное расположение
-приветливый персонал
-хороший вид из окна

Cons:

-не было зубной пасты в номере

-уборка по запросу, который нужно сделать БОЛЕЕ чем за сутки до самой уборки (немыслимо)
все это объясняется заботой о природе(хотя на самом деле бизнес режет свои издержки), но организовать уборку в отеле должно требовать явно меньше суток

-за день до выезда, в мой номер попыталась зайти уборщица, когда я находился в нем в нижнем белье (я не вызывал уборку на этот день)

-стоимость явно не оправдана полученным опытом, не смотря на высокую стоимость жилья в Берлине в целом

-я попросил king size кровать, и хотя такая опция была на букинге, в моем номере было 2 односпальные кровати (это не претензия в отелю, но мой опыт не стал лучше от этого)

-один пододеяльник был с дыркой

Nicht wirklich gutes vier Sterne Niveau

Wie gewünscht hatte ich ein Zimmer auf einer hohen Etage, 33, und es ist ein schöner Ausblick über Berlin von dort oben.

Die Zimmer scheinen renoviert zu sein und sind recht ansprechend gestaltet.

Die Auszubildende am Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht beim check in.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück werden die Plätze vom Personal nicht eingedeckt. Es sind viel zu wenige Kaffeemaschinen für die Anzahl an Gästen. Der Aufschnitt wird lieblos in großen Mengen aufeinandergestapelt. Das Personal mit abräumen ausgelastet.

Für das Abstellen meines Koffers nach Checkout wurden zwei Euro, möglich in bar, verlangt. Nachdem ich für zwei Nächte einen ordentlichen Betrag bezahlt habe…. Wer hat denn bitte noch 2-Euro Münzen parat? Und welches Gefühl wird dem Gast hier vermittelt?! Die Nutzung der Toilette in der Lobby soll dann wiederum mit einer 1 Euro Münze bezahlt werden. Für ein 4-Sternehotel aus meiner Sicht völlig inakzeptabel.

Und das völlig selbstverständliche Reinigen des Hotelzimmers muss an der Rezeption oder über einen Knopf angemeldet werden.

Maden var fin og levede op til vores forventninger.

Cons:

Jeg havde i min booking hos jer (Booking.com), gjort opmærksom på, at vi medbragte en hund, hvilket er foreneligt med hotellet. Men IGEN oplevede jeg, at i ikke havde gjort hotellet opmærksom på dette. Det samme skete, da vi var i Helsingborg tidligere dette år.
Hvad nytter det, at jeg krydser et felt af med kæledyr på jeres hjemmeside, når i IKKE giver hotellet besked om dette. I næste uge skal vi på Tivoli Hotel i København og dette hotel var heller ikke bekendt med, at vi medbringer et kæledyr, det var kun fordi, jeg kontaktede hotellet for at få værelser tæt på hinanden, at jeg kunne informere om kæledyret.
Det må i kunne gøre bedre.

Low value, won't come again
Pros:

Comfy bed in the middle of Berlin with a nice view

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty bad, only the cheapest Bread/felt low value in general, also hectic and in general not a great start into the day. The whole hotel is just poor value, as a bit of bonus clowning they ask for 6€ to visit the terrace which is just so petty on a 170€ a night room.

Pros:

The room was nice and had a great view.

Cons:

No staff member (not at the entrance, not at the reception, not at the restaurant, not in the lift) welcomed us or even greeted by herself/ himself. No special holiday guest feeling. For a 4 star hotel with high prized rooms a must, we think. It doesn't hurt to greet or wish a happy stay. No cozy lobby feeling. No cozy welcome feeling. More like a train station feeling. Nothing special.
