Pros:

pool hot tub, view, balcony were all great. The weather was great and you can walk in the Canal area

Nice location, good rooms, needs upliting
Pros:

Location was good in the Canal area, however, we did not use much of the surrounding services. Parking available. Pool + jacuzzi available though a bit outdated, small gym. The room was fine.

Cons:

It is a bit outdated, and would need uplift, especially regarding the price/quality ratio. Breakfast was not healthy, and all items made of platic to be thrown away.

As good as it gets
Pros:

Location was perfect for me. I didn’t have to move my vehicle to access any location in Canal Park. Breakfast was also excellent

Pros:

Being close to bridge husband has walking issues.

Cons:

The rude check in send your red head to customer service School. She is young if she thinks she has power behind the desk somebody will put her in her place and maybe she'll grow up a little bit.

Near Everything!
Pros:

Location is fantastic! Room was large and comfortable. Dining room was nice and you have option to eat outside! Service is outstanding- people are so, so, nice and super responsive! Coffee in thr room was fantastic.

Cons:

Breakfast was standard like in any other hotel.
