location is great, receptionist main one was good.

Cons:

the carpet is very dirty. sometimes the amenities were not replaced on a regular basis such as water or cotton buds. concierge a bit slow.

Great service
Pros:

This place was excellent largely because of Gabriel, the concierge. He not only assisted us with restaurants reservations and directions but helped us secure theater tickets and taxis. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and he was quick to assist with luggage. He went beyond expectations in helping me trying to find a particular item in various stores. He was exceptional!
