Es un lindo lugar para pasar la noche. Está muy cerca del centro histórico y es cómodo. El desayuno es excepcional
Updated and clean
Can't think of anything
All good
Nothing. All good
Conveniently located. We enjoyed the Social and the live band. Food was good. Especially the free breakfast. The patio tables along the pathway were a nice touched. We enjoyed hanging out there after Social closed.
Bathroom wasn’t completely clean. There were a couple strands of hair in the bathtub wall and floor.
Clean easy to find comfortable!
Nothing, great place!
The room is beautifully decorated.
There’s a lively bar/restaurant with live music at night!
Breakfast is very basic.
Clean room & breakfast
Pool was closed. Noisy.
Everything couldnt use pool, due to inspection
Sorry didn’t get to stay for breakfast had to leave early but hope to stay there again.
Everything to my expectations was great experience for me keep up the great work
Nice lobby and very nice bar/breakfast. Wifi was fast and available everywhere.
The room was connected to another - this didn’t bother me, but the noise insulation was very bad. I could hear the neighbours’ conversations in full. Also, we were right in front (literally) of the dog area so it smelled bad and behind a set of stairs that made it hard for us to move our luggage in. I think this was not supposed to be a room. We could not open the window and the air inside got really filthy, as the a/c was not very strong. We could not open the door either because of dog’s poop baking under the sun.
The tub was full of water when we arrived. Not sure why, but it drained fine.
The fridge’s sealing is coming apart so things inside got really wet from condensation.
The pool is closed.
Lastly, this hotel is huge. There are so many people and cars breakfast can get really busy in the morning.
The property itself is decent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was however, disappointed by a few things that management should be are of. I was very disappointed with the front desk girl upon checking out. I requested a receipt at time of checking out and she copped an attitude about how she has to shut down her computer and stop what she was doing in order to get a receipt. After 10 minutes she finally handed me the receipt with a snide bad attitude. I simply said thank you and left to you it you’re reading this to reprimand her accordingly. If she was my employee I’d most likely suspend her for a day without pay but that’s up to you.
Last but not least, I just noticed after I cheeked out there’s an additional $25 feet charged on my credit card. I did not authorize anything charged to my card and unless this was done by accident I will be filing for a dispute with my bank so that will be reversed. I also requested my $50 incidental charge to be returned. I’ll be keeping an eye out for that as well or I’ll dispute the entire charge. Very irritating!!
