Don’t stay here
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

It is so tired as a property. The rooms are beaten up and the paint is chipped and worn and there is dirt on the walls after years of no refurbishment - as a price/quality choice it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel in London for the price of this horrific room. They try to sell it as food included but the dinner is something from a school dinner in 1970. Horrific.

Appreciated the staff that was working through the strike and how well they took care of our needs.
Pros:

Great location. Very tastefully decorated. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

No coffee in the room and the staff was on strike.

The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages
Pros:

The location is perfect, next to the train station. Staff was nice and the sitting room where they probably serve breakfast and dinner was pleasant.

Cons:

Carpets on floor in bedrooms.

The first hotel had dinner included, so when I was moved it cost more.

Industrial action spoilt our trip.
Pros:

I liked the property and the three members of staff still working.

Cons:

Industrial action meant that neither breakfast or the evening meal included in the price were available.
Free coffee was on offer and some fruit occasionally.
