Drug dealers outside all night - no facilities at all one iron at the bottom of each corridor that was absolutely awful the hotel is absolutely disgusting showers have stains corridors are full of dirt staff can’t crack a smile

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean staff were friendly
We had an issue with the room temperate here a vent was blowing in cold air . We did advise reception who said it was the air con. And sent someone up. When they arrived they said it was ventilation and there was nothing they could do. I rang reception back and told them they said they would get back to me but never did.

La ubicación, esta muy cerca de la Estación Central y permite moverse muy facil a pie!!

Das was hier als Dreibettzimmer verkauft wird ist ein Witz. Viel zu klein. Wir konnten nicht mal unsere Koffer am Boden öffnen, weil sonst wären wir nicht mehr aus dem Zimmer gekommen und auch nicht ins Badezimmer. Es lag noch Müll von der Gästen vor uns auf dem Regal. Seifenspender leer. Ich habe ein höfliches Email an das Hotel geschickt, aber keine Antwort. Armselig.
