Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas Portland

Obviously in tenovation phase. Basics there. Clean but needs some amenities. Clock radio. Kleenex in main room. Hand soap and body lotion in strange place on wall. Not available to kids.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing fitness center. Very clean and conveniently located To I-5 and restaurants.!I will definitely stay there again.

Everything was amazing. The lobby was really cute and updated. The hotel smelled clean and fresh. Check in process was great! Really friendly staff all the way around. The room was perfect for my family of 3 but 4 would have fit perfect. I loved the bath products! We ate in the restaurant and it was really good! They got us in even though they were completely booked and the food was fantastic! I had the best cocktail too! Loved the parking situation and the proximity to the mall!! Lastly, we didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and even had drink service! Highly recommend!

The room was beautiful and very clean. I like the simple and modern design, and the digital thermostat. The TV screen was huge, and I am so glad that the TV had a sleep timer option, as well as the options to log in to streaming services like Netflix and Apple TV Plus. Regarding the available streaming services: if you could add Bravo to the list, I would truly appreciate it! Also, I appreciated all of the lighting in the room. Since I was so busy all day and every day with my family, I did not have the time to try the on-site restaurant, de Fuego Grille; I looked over the menu and found a lot of entrees that I definitely wanted to try. A huge benefit of the hotel was the free parking for the hotel guests. I discovered during my last visit to the Portland area that there was very little free parking available; I paid a ridiculous amount of money on parking. I did notice that the room did not have an iron and ironing board, but since I packed my travel iron/steamer, it wasn't a big issue for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas during my next visit to Oregon! Thank you!

Really nice Staff. I really enjoyed my stay and it was pretty quiet for my stay.

This is a good business hotel. I stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are new and comfortable. The restaurant is really good and I enjoy the drinks at the lounge.
The housekeeping is inconsistent. They came everyday and replaced towels, but never made the bed, didn’t replace cups and only once replaced coffee, but didn’t leave the creamer and stirs for it. I stayed the week prior for 4 nights as well and they made the bed twice. They never replaced the empty bottles of water.
I wish they sold some grab and go edibles items in the market shop in addition to junk food. Breakfast is at 7 am and many people including myself are leaving for the day before them, would be great to be able to grab a yogurt or something from the case.

The hotel is still under some light renovations, including the surrounding landscape.

We stayed a week. Nice hotel, I loved opening the window to hear the water making it's way through the waterfall, very soothing. The hotel itself was very quiet, you wouldn't know other guests were about.
Plenty of parking etc.
Location was great, close to shopping and restaurants.
Just one little thing, the bathroom door had to be lifted up a few centimeters to close. Nothing major, just annoying if you're desperate for the bathroom.
The breakfast was a bit confusing, you have to request the breakfast included menu not the normal one.

The room was great. It was comfortable and clean. The service was helpful and the staff were pleasant.

This is my first time at this property. It didn’t feel like a Hilton experience. i had checked in the day before but when I arrived, my room was not available. I was put in another room, which seemed OK. Trying to sleep was really tough because the freeway noise was so loud, and I have a hearing loss, so for a hearing person, I can only imagine (the room I had chosen was not on the freeway side). The room only had 2 towels for 2 people. I was able to get an additional towel from one of the EVS staff. The room temperature was difficult to manage. With the AC was on, it was OK, but blew so hard it was not comfortable for sleep. If I turned it up, the heat came on. I finally turned it off. I also didn’t like that it did not include breakfast.
Also, the bathroom did not appear to have been vacuumed.
