There was five blood spots on the duvet cover, the refrigerator was not cleaned out, the hairdryer was clogged with hair,the vent in the bathroom had apparently not been cleaned in sometime, there was a washcloth from a previous guest that was left on top of the shower curtain, the shower curtain had not been washed in a long time as it was crunchy, and very dirty. On the bottom left of the mirror in the bathroom there’s a sticker of a house that was left on there from a previous guest.
Staff was nice. Seemed concerned about offering great service
Lots of noise, traffic, trains, people in parking lot.
Maintenance. Worn off paint, wall mirror fell off wall in middle of night , bath tub didn't drain
Pillows are so small you coul use for a doll.house.

Everything but the staff was horrible
Breakfast was good
Toilet was clogged when we got in the room. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The room had an empty pop bottle on the floor that wasn’t ours. Mirror in bathroom had peeling on frame. The area around the closet was finished.
The grassy area in the back was nice to have for pets.
The door was unlocked and open to my room when I arrived and the toilet was dirty and disgusting and there was no bag in the bathroom garbage which was left in the middle of the room. The toilet then stopped up and wouldn't flush.The room was dirty, especially the floor and my puppy kept bringing out random items from under the bed. It was very loud with outside noises and difficult to sleep. While the person at the front desk was very nice and apologized telling me that the room I was put in wasn't supposed to be assigned to guests due to the plumbing issue, and cancelled my 2nd night, she did not process my refund as promised.

Old style spacious and comfortable room with 2 queen beds. There was a fridge and mictowave in the room.
The shower was powerful and the wifi worked well.

I found food crumbs in my bed, which meant the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. The kind Receptionist did bring me replacement bed sheets and apologised however.

I pick this hotel for the pool and it was dirty and full of chemicals the hot tub was so full of chemicals it burned the skin on my legs that was all I wanted to put in the water after it started to burn me not happy with this hotels cleaning of the pool
