The dirtiest room I have seen yet

The girl at first deck was nice and cute

The rooms was very dirty he dog treats still there all over the floor then the night stands/floors had chocolate or shit all over them.

We booked here and paid for a king suite.
The room we were assigned had a leaky toilet, a draining issue in the sink, and the AC didnt work.(It was 109°F that day).
They offered to switch us rooms.
The second room was dirty and used.
They switched us again.
The 3rd room had a leaky toilet, the windows were left open, wasnt super clean.
Then they offered to give us a smaller room and said they would do that "for no extra charge." And I explained we paid for a suite and we would rather take a refund.
They didnt fight booking when we asked for a refund. So very willing to work with us.
Front desk was very understanding and seemed like this was a normal thing.

The bathroom door didn't lock, the air conditioner wasn't cool enough, and door kept swinging back and forth to where the iron or something was

The most disgusting hotel i’ve ever stayed at.

liked nothing at all, was absolutely disgusting

Cons:

didn’t like any of it. multiple stains on both beds sheets, rock hard square pillows, none of the counters or surfaces were wiped down in our room; glitter gel and food all over every counter / surface, the screen on the window was falling off, weird smell in the room specifically, looked run-down and non-maintained. staff clearly don’t care whatsoever; blatantly dirty and gross.

The lady a reception the first night was really sweet to my child.

Cons:

The hotel bed was messed up so I slept on the opposite end of the bed to get comfortable, there were a few stains in the room and wall was a bit messed up in bathroom. However, the stay fit my expectation minus the bed being broken.

Relaxing
Pros:

Nice refreshing atmosphere. A nice stop along our long road trip. Staying at a Baymont property is always relaxing with a good night's rest and a great breakfast to get going on the morning.
