Close to the main Street?
I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel because I was not informed in advanced that breakfast would not be provided. When I booked the hotel I understood that breakfast and parking were included in the price. There was no clear description or notification stating that these services would not be available. I feel like that should have been communicated to us before our stay, especially since we paid based on what was advertised.

The staff was friendly enough the room was very clean
It was filthy in the elevator halls are dark and smell of smoke carpets in hall not clean no electricity in room 2nd night had to sit in dark staff didn't know how to fix it
Location was accessible to the city and many tourist attractions.
Needs to be updated with better amenities (fitness area) and a modern look (looked a bit old and outdated).

Nothing went well
There was no air conditioning during a heatwave, and our room reached 32°C, forcing us to go out and buy fans just to make it bearable.
There was also no ice available, and the refrigerator wasn't working. The room was so dirty that we felt we had to keep our shoes on at all times.
The surrounding area was heavily populated by unhoused individuals, and during our stay, we witnessed multiple apparent drug overdoses. The overall environment felt unsafe and significantly impacted our experience.

Smell is terrible , on the hallways (they have 2 microwaves on thehallway and people are booking ethnic food , in the rooms it smells terrible.
At reception is rarely any attendant.
AC works 10 min and then you have to restart it. window does not open, fridge is barely cooling a beer after 24h.

I reached at 11:50pm at location then receptionist guy give me keys for the room and when I entered in a room it was used room so much messy and dirty,i am attaching the pics and when i go back to receptionist he said he dont know about that and he said he dont have any other room to stay so i can refund you so i tell them where i can find the room at 12am now i was with my family 3 member then they gave me one bed and one soofa bed room set and i am literally telling i know how i spend my night at Spring mattress on soofa bed, then i left hotel at morning 6am, i am just requesting to hotel please return my money. Thanks
