staff should be more friendly and put the customer first since they are in the hospitality business

downtown location

Cons:

i chose 2 queen beds but they gave 1 king since the 2 queen are sold out and i did not rcv any notification. front desk not very efficient and didnt provide any options. They were not very friendly and did not provide good customer service when faced with difficult situations.

Disappointing.
Cons:

Parking does not accommodate full size vehicles. Security/safety concerns- anyone can access elevator and parade- no key card required. Staff were not always available at the front desk. Parkade had multiple evidence of urine and marijuana use. Tv remote did not work, food froze in the fridge.
