a wonderful stay
Pros:

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, and very accommodating staff (especially Ms.Trang). We were able to leave our large bags here during our trip to Banff National Park.

Cons:

Having a luggage scale for guests to weigh their bags before heading to the airport would be a great addition.

Great location but needs a slight upgrade on a few things! Great breakfast menu with a very helpful staff member!

It was a great location and very clean with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The TV definitely needs upgrading as it seems to have been the same one from the 1960s! They said it came with a balcony but it was jut a wall outside the room and nit very user friendly. It needs repainting and some nice chairs to help make it more user friendly.
