Location, staff was nice.

Cons:

The hotel still advertises a bar and grill, then we find out it’s closed.. it’s a bummer.

Won’t be chosing this hotel again.
Pros:

It was clean. The pool was open

Cons:

No elevators. No breakfast offered despite being a listed amenity. Staff gave vague answers as to why and blamed booking website for false advertising.

I would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Good location. Lots of parking because nobody was staying there.

Cons:

The booking reservation said that breakfast was included, but the hotel said that they don’t serve breakfast. Red Lion was a pretty good place to stay, but their properties are old and tired. This was one of the worst that I have seen. Minimal maintenance. Just old. Owners just suck the money out of the hotel and put nothing back.

Horrible would never go back or stay there again.
Pros:

The time to where I needed to be on the drive was very quick.

Cons:

It was dirty it smelled like urine in the hallways and also the room was very moist and musty. I had to have the key to the door rekeyed 7 times in 1 day. It was miserable maids wouldn’t let me in and the distance to go from the back to the front to just rekey and having to do it multiple times before getting into the room just once and having to do it every single time I left was frustrating with having 2 babies in tow. The “front desk manager” was no help. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to get the person or people in the room above us to stop running back and forth till 2-3am and making it impossible to get my kids to sleep.
