Centennial Hotel Spokane

I was not given the room with a view that I had booked well in advance. They gave us another room. It was big but awkwardly laid out. No coffee cups, short on toilet paper., only one wash cloth, the air conditioner dripped from ceiling vent to floor. Weird older furniture.

Our room was dirty and looked as though it hadn’t been clean. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that looked like it had been half patched with tape left around it. The patio had spiderwebs all over it and the chairs, and there was a spiders nest with spider eggs on the curtain corner! When brought up to staff they genuinely didn’t seem to care what so ever. It looked as though they were stoned or out of it and again didn’t care about the job. Honestly can’t believe this hotel is owned by Davenport.

Shower and fridge were dirty, ac wasnt working. Couldn't communicate with housekeeping to have room cleaned properly. Most importantly still haven't recieved my deposit back. It's been 29 days since we stayed there.

Slechte en trage service aan de desk. Medewerker die slecht Engels sprak. Kamer drie uur te laat gereed.

We didn’t like that there was no hot tub and our room was a little dirty when we checked in

Could get ahold of staff for missing items or non working parking pass. Breakfast the second day of the conference we were attending was subpar.

The hotel is starting to show its age. The decor is dated but clean. The hotel is quite large and finding your way in and out or to the pool can prove challenging! A bit more of an explanation might be offered at check-in.

There was an adjoining door to another room. The voices from the other room were loud and sounded like they were in our room. Also the air conditioner blew right on the person who was on that side of the bed and made them cold.

The beds were were trash.

I called the morning of (like I was advised) to ask about early check in. We were expecting to arrive 3:30 but check in says 4:00. I was told, yes our room is ready for early check in.
Upon arriving, there was major congestion in the loop to drive through, no parking because you have to have a parking pass to scan to get an actual spot.

Walking in, I was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and I thought I walked into the casino. This was not residual smoke from the fires. The “smoking zone” is next to another set of the doors to the right of the entrance, not sure if that plays a factor.
Waiting in this long line, I’m maybe #6, it’s finally my turn to check in 3:45, I’m told our room is not yet cleaned/ready and housekeeping is working as fast as they can. I asked when it will be ready considering I was already told it was, he said shouldn’t be too long after 4:00. He proceeded to take my card and have me pay and told me my room on the 10th floor will be done soon. The line was down the hall when I was done, and told I would have to wait in line again once informed the room is ready.

We had dinner reservations at 5 in Liberty Lake and I still needed a little time to get ready. Ultimately we left to make our way towards LL for our reservation, decided we’ll get the call at dinner, come back to drop our things off in our room and walk up to Stadium One for our 7:30 event. It’s 5:30 pm and I am calling the hotel, over and over and over again to check the status of my room and no answer. Ever.

Dinner ran longer than anticipated, we got back to the hotel 7:15 pm to find another line of 6 people and I have to wait. I finally get up to the counter, and I’m told MY ROOM IS NOT READY. I then became very unhappy. I was here 4 HOURS AGO and it’s not ready still?! There was a lady behind the counter jumping clerk to clerk who later claimed to be the “manager” when we asked to see them.
