ホテル内で完結できて子連れに最適でした♪
Pros:

スタッフのホスピタリティと、サンセットBBQが最高でした！海も綺麗で熱帯魚のような魚も浅瀬で見れて、とても良かったです♪滞在中にトラブルがありましたが、対応は迅速で良かったです。
小さな子供を連れての滞在でしたが、プール、海、お部屋に戻ってお昼寝、ビーチでBBQとホテル内で完結出来るので良かったです。

Cons:

・夜中〜朝方までに酔った宿泊客？に何度もドアを叩かれ飛び起きフロントに電話してスタッフの方に見回ってもらいました。せっかく四つ星ホテルのプレミアルームに泊まったのですが、怖い思いをしました。他のフロアの宿泊客や、外部の人も自由に出入りでき、セキュリティが甘いです。
・小さな蟻？が部屋の水回りにいたこと。
・ラウンジの軽食の量が以前より減っていたこと。(朝はドリンクだけになっていた)

Pros:

Facility so elegant beautiful as shown on app. Was excited and looked forward to spend quality time, and have my family expirence the view.

Cons:

Called facility more than 5 times to advise on the situation I had with my flight but unfortunately phones not answered ss expected. Interruptions experienced caused me $$$.

楽しかったですが、昔のイメージと違ってた

高級そうな外観でした？

Cons:

ベッドメイキング、タオルなどルームサービスが毎日なかったのが残念でした。
特に歯ブラシはチューブが小さいから毎日替えがほしい。リクエストして持って来ていただくのが不便でした。
あと、シャワーした後湯がなかなか抜けなくて苦労しました。

so this is an expensive hotel that lacks renovation- hallway carpet is old and raggedy... no USB charging port in room. Is this 1970s hotel??? the airport shuttle was $60 (1 person) from the airport and $30 to airport (??!!) use STROLL. What a rip-off

最高の時間でした
Pros:

繁華街には１５分程度の徒歩が必要だが、行けなくはない　それよりも海が近く、シュノーケリングにはきれいな海で最高だった　売店が２２時まででお土産やアルコールの調達には重宝した　窓からのオーシャンビューもとても良かった！

Cons:

ホテルに関しては申し分ない　満足でした　喫煙者にはもう少し喫煙可能箇所が分かり易いといいかな

It was a good stay at a dependable and clean hotel.
Pros:

Rooms and toilets were very clean. Toiletries were L'Occitane. They also provided hard and soft pillows on each bed. Free water and ice was available on the same floor.

Cons:

Furniture was showing some age. The breakfast offerings could be improved. It would have been good to provide drinks in the room.

We asked if it was possible to upgrade our rooms to access the lounge which provided better food but were told it was not possible.
