Pros:

Location was excellent, the staff were attentive and kind when we requested a later check out due to our daughter having surgery. The room was really comfortable and clean.

Great location, beautiful room
Pros:

Daytime staff was very friendly and lovely

Cons:

Some of the evening staff (we checked in around 11pm) and struggled with check-in as they tried to give us a double room. That was straightened out because i had a copy of my reservation that clearly stated king. There was a gentleman working the front desk that was quite rude to patrons who were asking about water.

Very nice, affordable, great location
Pros:

All of the employees were super kind and helpful! The room was very nice and I loved the atmosphere of how new/modern while still having the older historic feel to it. I only wish I had more time in the room to enjoy besides sleeping xD it was very affordable for how nice it was and in the location it was in

Cons:

Nothing really! One of the elevators wasn't working but that's no one's fault and was being worked on. Everything else was perfect

It was a cool stay, over priced.
Pros:

We liked the space, the cleanliness, and the cleaning staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator, microwave, or ice machine in or near the room . The elevators were pretty slow.

Great location, could work on inside aspects of rooms in hotel
Pros:

I enjoyed the location of the property. In addition to the bar/restaurant downstairs. All staff was pleasant at hotel too.

Cons:

Mostly had to do with the room - it smelled wet/damp in our room all weekend. We would come back and our clothes would almost feel wet. Lighting scones near bedside didn’t work on either side, in addition to the floor lamps (these would flicker constantly to the point it wasn’t worth messing with anymore).
