Pros:

I like the fact that the motel is located just 10 minutes from the Bridgestone arena, where I saw a concert last night.

Cons:

The room reeked of marijuana. The jacuzzi tub didn't work, which is the entire reason I booked that overpriced room. The staff was rude and uncaring about my complaints, only asking me if I'd contacted the front desk last night. I told her that I did not since it was in the middle of the night when I got back after the concert. She also said the jacuzzi was working just fine the night before but offered no consolation, opting instead to blame me for the stench and malfunctioning jacuzzi tub. And the room was WAY overpriced!

They had roaches and bed bugs it was the worst stay I had anywhere. And when I discreetly informed the staff it was shrugged off. And no one even made an attempt to get ahold of management. Despite me asking to speak to a manager

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location was great because of the closeness to the interstate, restaurants and stores.
The TV was out of date but still usable. It was worth the price and we we're very comfortable. We will be back in October 🥰 I'm booking our reservations today.

It was very clean and comfortable
