It was a comfortable room that was quiet, and I was able to get some rest. The shampoo was in a dispenser, which I prefer over the disposable bottles, and there were nearby restaurants.
The do not disturb sign had an unknown sticky substance on it that should have been cleaned.

When calling the hotel for the shuttle service at the airport nobody answered. Tried 4 times and nobody picked up. After a very long flight that was super frustrating because you're just standing there tired and don't know what to do. Didn't get a hold of them after that but hotel should really be more attentive to those calls.
It was close to the airport. They have free shuttle every 30minutes. From the airport, just call the hotel at the phone station located at the parking garage of SeaTac airport. The shuttle arrived after 10 minutes. They also have free breakfast from 6am.
The free airport shuttle every half hour is very convenient.
Good place to stay for an early departure or late arrival. Also good access to the city via Link.
