Pros:

For its location it’s a really nice place outdoors, gated, staff was super friendly. Rooms are fully equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Cons:

Really didn’t have anything bad to say about this place until I woke up to little roaches in our sink and top of fridge and a big roach in the bathroom.

It was an average stay; except for the pillows’ odor, no major complaints.
Pros:

I appreciated the gated parking lot and restricted access at the hotel, considering its downtown location and the presence of homeless people camping nearby. The staff members were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Even though the bed had clean sheets and pillowcases, the pillows themselves had a nasty odor.

Great facilities, excellent service, affordable price. Top choice for the area definitely recommend
Pros:

Brand new or recently remodeled spot. Mike at the front desk provided excellent and friendly service. He was helpful with the route I need to travel for work.

Cons:

Sounds from the street was the only downside. The police station was across the street so sirens were pretty clear. Also street cleaning and what I assume waste removal can be heard pretty frequently during the night of my stay.
