Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Great hotel central to all amenities and services and transport links.
Pros:

Great Hotel right above the station, great buffet breakfast and plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars with top quality food experiences.
Room was good although on the older side. Central to everything. Just a lovely place to stay. Would definitely return and recommend for the overall convenience and quality.

Cons:

I personally prefer a separate bath and shower and I thought the rooms were great but a little bit dated for the price.

Pros:

Location is great for first time visitors. Common areas were amazing. Lounge access was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room itself was ok. A bit dated. But clean and comfortable. Pyjamas were very small.
