Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Swissotel the Second Time Around ~ Still Splendid
Pros:

This was our second stay in Swissotel Nankai. Because we loved the location the first time we stayed there, we were eager to stay there again. The Buffet Breakfast on the 36th floor offered great choices and a magnificent view. We had breakfast there in the morning and enjoyed cocktails at night. Altogether, a very satisfying experience every time we were there. Loved the freshly baked goods, the hot western dishes, live stations for eggs and the choices of fruit and healthy juices. The variety of the breakfast fare was great. And the popcorn machine was a treat! Our room was spacious, the amenities great! I love it that they have PJs and slippers, too. That the hotel is near everything: shopping, train station, etc. gives it an A-Okay rating from me. Would recommend it anytime and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Front Desk and Waitstaff alike were very professional and personable.
