Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.
Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.
From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Hotel is right above Namba station and Takashimaya, very central and convenient place to stay to move around Osaka
My room though on a high floor smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Hotel tried to change room for me but to a lower floor and room smelled of moth balls, not ideal either. So in the end, I stayed put and hotel provided an air purifier to put in my room to try to remove the smell as much as possible. I had to buy my own room spray to get rid of the cigarette smell.
Everything is good. Staff,location,amenities etc. They even let us stay until 1pm. Check out is at 11

Ubicación! El hotel está super bien conectado! Esta en la zona de namba, a 5 minutos caminado de dotonbori, el metro esta literalmente abajo y te deja en todos lados.
El hotel está conectado a centros comerciales, y muchos restaurantes! El desayuno es muy amplio y es bufette! La limpieza de 10, las camas muy comodas y hainataciones amplias! Tiene un gym muy completo y grande, spa y alberca!

Good views and location
Starting to look dated staff not very welcoming I have stayed in +20 hotel in the last 12 months and this hotel needs to have more focus on the customer especially when checking in.
Location is excellent as it is just above the Namba-Nankai station. The room is spacious & clean, The breakfast at 36 floor is super and delicious. The view from 36th floor is great. The hotel reception are polite, welcoming and they can communicate in good English.
The shower in the room can be better if Shower-massage facilities is provided. Welcoming drinks should be provided when check-in.

Kein 5* Standard. Zimmer sehr klein und wirklich sehr p hellhörig, renovierungsbedürftig, besonders das Bad. Ausstattung im Bad war auch nur mäßig insb. Die pflegeprodukte waren spärlich vertreten.
Typische japanische Gastfreundschaft hat beim Personal an der Rezeption gefehlt.

It was so hard to find the hotel and not straightforward to go in and out. You have to go through the mall.
Very nice hotel very conveniently located in Namba Station - 5F. No schlepping your bags through the tunnels to the subway to your hotel. Restaurants, shopping and subway connections on the ground floor. Standard room was perfect.
