Me roubaram 20 dólares no hotel

O Wifi não funciona. No checkin foi solicitado depósito de 20 Dólares em dinheiro (que deveria ser devolvido no checkout).
No dia seguinte ao realizar o checkout o outro funcionário mostrou uma anotação num caderno que eu havia feito o depósito dos 20 dólares por cartão de crédito e não poderia devolvar o meu dinheiro. Como eu tinha jogo da Copa do Mundo para ver, fui embora sem os 20 dólares, parece ser uma prática comum que lesa os hóspides.

It's very clean they communicate the $20 in deposit which wasn't a problem I got it back after checkout as told smells awesome and everything was so organized

It was super terrible
Pros:

nothing at all they were super ignorant. I was there for almost 2 weeks because I just moved in town like I spent a lot of money with them and they were just completely ungrateful. Treated me not good. I understand like they deal with a lot of ignorant people, but everybody is not the same so you’re supposed to treat everybody differently. You know if anything professionally area is not a good area. They need to really tighten up. People are getting kicked out out of their left and right and they just treat everybody terrible

Cons:

Customer service was terrible. They’re ignorant and they’re like getting over. Specially when people have long stays are trying to extend their stay. There was also roaches there so if there was one there’s pretty more and they’re probably making babies so if you’re there for a long day, I wouldn’t stay there too long.

This is the second time I made reservations and they told me they had no rooms then tried to give me a double bed for twice the amount. Yet the lady who came while I was there had no problem checking in. The same man charges some ppl 20 deposit and others 50. He is rude and probably stealing the money he gets extra for the room. Other hotels simply give you double beds instead.Then he was very rude and told me to leave while I was making other reservations. I recorded this on my phone
