Please note the Sefton Hotel will be carrying out works to the front of the building which requires scaffolding between 1st January 2024 - 1st April 2024. The work carried out will be during the day and we expect little to no disruption to guests staying in our Atrium rooms, Standard rooms or Suites. Guest can still utilize the rest of the building. Sir Norman's Bar and Bonzai Restaurant will operate as normal.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bright airy room directly looking out at the sea.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and plenty of it. Pity they do t do the kippers anymore.

An enjoyable experience for my visit to the Island.
Pros:

Great location, outside the property is beautiful and the atrium area very nice. Some parts seemed a little ‘tired’ and need of a refurb. WiFi was not good, but I was informed it was because the hotel was full. Surprised that room make up was every 3 days. Staff were very good and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay there again.

Cons:

Lift was slow, and WiFi as previously mentioned.

Its location, centre of Douglas only minutes away

Parking on site, I know it’s first come first serve but it’s better than looking around

Excellent sea view from the dining room at breakfast.

Cons:

Our atrium room was excellent, but it was rather hot and not possible to keep it cool, despite quite low temperatures outside.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was superb with friendly staff. Great position on the promenade. Close to ferry terminal, bus station and trams.

Great rooms and breakfast for the price, good location for the area.
Pros:

Excellent room and shower room all very modern and clean.
Great size for the room had a balcony to enjoy the atrium pretty view
Very good breakfast good variety of choice
Excellent location for travelling around the island, not too far from the ferry.
Unusual layout with lifts but this keeps the noise down as less people going past rooms all night. There is specific lifts for different areas of the hotel. Very unique but this meant hallways very quiet during the evening and night.

Cons:

The swimming area i.e the changing rooms, shower and toilet could have been more modern this was my only let down of the hotel

Ideal setting for a short visit.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Lovely hardworking staff. Atrium room had spacious balcony and vista. Perfect location in middle of Douglas prom - ideal for shopping and public transport. Early breakfasts available on day of departure

The adjoining bar not very enticing. Didn’t appear to sell real Manx ale
