Great hotel in a great location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem in West Hollywood. I've stayed in many hotels in the area over the years, but the Chamberlain was fantastic value for money, with all of the same advantages of some of the bigger, glitzier hotels around the similar price point. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff helpful. The rooftop pool and bar area is a little small, so getting a space is a bit of a premium, but the views are fantastic the bar prices very reasonable.

Coffee and billing suck
Pros:

I am an early riser, 3am to have to wait until 7 am for coffee is insane. Then coffe is cut off by noon after which you pay 7.50 per cup, gain insane. I have also had to email 4 times requesting a printout of my bill which I am still waiting for 1 month later.

Quiet respite in the gut of crazy Hollywood
Pros:

Great location, reasonably priced, clean rooms and quiet, service was exceptional particularly front desk and in their restaurant, a server, Faruk, a truly lovely, kind man who was delightful to engage in conversation. Had a great time. Only drawback if you can call it that, is the $70 per day parking fee, but that seems to be the normal rate in LA and close to it everywhere else these days!
