Stanza grande con balcone, la posizione eccellente ed il quartiere sicuro e tranquillo

Cons:

Non è prevista alcuna colazione da 22€ come pubblicizzato su Booking ma è molto costosa dovendo ordinare alla carta. Nè tantomeno esiste alcun buffet. La pulizia delle camere non è avvenuta quotidianamente nonostante avessi chiesto al personale delle pulizie che, a quanto pare, non parla neanche inglese. La piscina è troppo piccola e non ho visto nessuno utilizzarla.

Pessima esperienza, assolutamente non all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle.
Il servizio di pulizia è stato estremamente deludente. Nonostante avessimo richiesto espressamente la pulizia della camera, in 5 giorni ci sono state cambiate solamente le asciugamani. Il bagno e la doccia non sono mai stati puliti e le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate. Un servizio del genere è inaccettabile per una struttura che si presenta come un 5 stelle.

Anche il parcheggio è decisamente troppo costoso: 70 dollari a notte, una cifra spropositata considerando che nelle vicinanze si trovano garage a circa 30 dollari a notte.

La piscina è un’altra grande delusione: estremamente piccola, tanto che a malapena possono entrarci 10 persone contemporaneamente. Difficile definirla una vera piscina per un hotel di questa categoria.

Nel complesso, ritengo che sia assolutamente inappropriato attribuire 5 stelle a una struttura con questo livello di servizio e queste caratteristiche. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è del tutto insoddisfacente.

Ein wirklich tolles Boutique-Hotel mitten in West Hollywood! Die Lage ist top – Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars alle fußläufig erreichbar, und für alle Instagram-Fans: sogar der berühmte Erewhon Market – DER place to be und to be seen – ist quasi ums Eck. Parken war unkompliziert dank hoteleigener Garage, was in der Gegend Gold wert ist.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr gepflegt, insgesamt ein sehr freundliches und bemühtes Team.
Was die Erfahrung aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat: Ich hatte versehentlich ein wichtiges Medikament im Zimmer vergessen und war deshalb ziemlich in Sorge. Das Team hat sich unglaublich engagiert darum gekümmert, es zu finden und mir professionell nachzuschicken – das ging für mich weit über normalen Kundenservice hinaus. Genau diese Extra-Meile macht für mich den Unterschied zwischen einem guten und einem wirklich empfehlenswerten Hotel.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung – gerne wieder!
