Bed was comfortable
Area had alot of homeless out front and digging through trash bins, the grounds were not clean, the room I was in (223) had some cockroaches and spiders, the air conditioner unit needs to be replaced due to missing buttons and damage. The bathroom ceiling needs repair, and sink pipe was leaking water when using the faucet.
Honestly it was a good location
But I was given a room full of roaches and then when talked to management they gave me another room full of roaches then went to speak to management again and was given another room full of roaches so ended up requesting a refund which I still haven’t received. Also full of homeless people
I already contacted booking and no body answered me yet, not a satisfied customer service even from booking after visiting a hotel with a cockroach inside the refrigerator

TRAFFIC WOULD BE THE ONES HE CONTINUES TO ALLOW ALL DAY ALL NIGHT ROATATING DOORS STAY. .

This property is horrible!!! Homeless people and drug addicts doing drug in parking lot. One guy wearing a black mask holding a stick came at us when we went parked.
Walking up stairs this property smell like urine. Upon entering the room #112 1st thing we noticed was a small old full size bed with a small blue couch that had cigarette burns and dirt on it. The air conditioning was broken and hanging lob sided. The safety lock on the door was broken off. We felt very unsafe in this place. Conditions of this property are unacceptable. I paid full price at location and didn’t get a refund or anything. Guy at front desk was no help. I had my minor daughter with me and suspicious activity and room conditions were so bad we opted to leave in less than 3 minutes of being inside room. Bathroom I don’t know what conditions it was and didn’t get any pictures due to how fast we felt we need to leave this place. Pictures of this property that are posted here through BOOKING are very misleading.
Did not receive the breakfast because we did not get up in time for it. I liked the convenience of the location to the freeway, amenities, and other things to do around there. Staff was pretty friendly. Also liked the fact we were able to get a last minute room on a holiday weekend.
I did not like the towels being dirty. The fact that I ended up having to turn off the water by hand at the valve for the jacuzzi tub due to missing knobs. Also the damages to the room when we first walked in, WHICH I DO HAVE PICTURES OF INCASE I TRY TO GET CHARGED FOR ANYTHING!
The staff was probably the only good thing about the property.
The room had bed bugs and I definitely got bitten a lot.

I don't know why booking.com accepts there hotel affiliation.
1. Property check in - smells bad. Check it for your self.
2. Homeless people are all over the property.
3. The property on the way to your room - trash all over.
4. Watch out for the room. WFT first time to booked a hotel with blood stained on the bed sheet. Stained on the bed cover, toilet is amazingly dirty, sink awesome crazy worst and few raoaches!
5. Booked a free breakfas - check in say to Breakfast!
Please don't go here for you safety.

The one thing I liked about the location is that it was a large room.
I didn’t like that on the description it said it served breakfast but when I asked what time breakfast was served they said they didn’t serve breakfast. I chose this location because it had said they served breakfast so my kids would be able to eat breakfast before they went to school? Also the location had roaches, and you are able to see mold on the walls.
There's nothing good
The entire place needs to be demolished and rebuilt, there's a lot of roaches and the staff is very ignorant.
