A really nice stay.
Pros:

We read the reviews just before we left to visit the hotel and honestly my heart dropped, so when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. I think it depends on the room you book as to its situation, ours was spacious and clean, the bed was huge and comfy. Our room was cleaned well every day, the hotel itself is lovely, it has restaurants etc nearby.
I see what people say about the pool, it’s a beautiful area, it has got a bit of bird poo on the floor, but the birds fly over it, the pool is great, a good size, there were plenty of loungers.
Staff were all great, we enjoyed our stay very much.
We would return.

Los trabajadores son excelente desde los recepcionistas hasta las limpiadoras, la habitaciones son impecables esta cerca de todo y la piscina es perfecta, un habiente tranquilo y acogedor al que siempre que puedo vuelvo

Cons:

Televisión anticuada, y tema de climatización, esta activado a la temperatura fijada por el hotel sin poder modificar a gusto del cliente, ir a un hotel pagar la cantidad que exigen y pasarlo mal por condiciones personales no me parece bien

Siendo sincero, nada en especial, para ser de 4 estrellas me esperaba mas

Cons:

Muchas cosas, entre ellas las camas, muy incómodas y encima no era una de matrimonio, si no dos individuales juntas , lo cual me pareció muy incómodo, el wifi no iba en absoluto y la cobertura nula. Luego varias incidencias que no comentaré por aquí, pero en general muy cortito todo, para ser de 4 estrellas he visto hostales más apañaos
