Albergo in buona posizione, pulito e staff cordiale.

Cons:

Camere un pó datate. Al posto della doccia una vasca con tendina. Non avevamo la colazione e per aggiungerla ci hanno chiesto €20 a persona al giorno...un pó eccessivo.

It is very close to a subway station and walking distance to the city center and attractions.

Cons:

The hotel felt a bit dated compared to the photos.
There was a heat wave in Brussels and there was something that looked like a portable ac (might have been a heater) but I didn't dare to turn it on because the filter was very dusty.
It was very loud during the night, so no chance of opening the windows. I wouldn't rate it as a 3 star hotel.

La predisposición de todos los empleados.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza, por ser de 4 estrellas, sin champú, sin hacer la cama, sin pasar una mínima aspiradora, al bañarte se moja todo el baño por no tener contención, no reponer sobres de azúcar o cápsulas de café.no avisar a los pasajeros que los fines de semana y días festivos o personal de vacaciones el desayuno no se sirbe en el horario que figura en su página, sino una hora más tarde, ocasionando pagar desayuno y no poder tomarlo.
En fin, no somos pasajeros de quejarnos jamás, pero esto realmente nos a sorprendido por los costos de 4 dias.
