Pros:

Piękny pokój po remoncie. Mimo, że lokalizacja od strony ulicy to bardzo cichy. Komfortowe duże łóżko i zestaw do kawy na 5+. Super obsługa! Blisko centrum i bardzo dobry dojazd metrem do/z Ronda Schumana. Polecam:-)

The gentleman at the reception was very helpful when I went downstairs to report there was no warm water

We were unlucky to get a street facing room at first floor, very noisy all night despite closed window

Pros:

Breakfast was nice and the staff at the desk ans also at breakfast was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was soft and the pillows i wished i could take home. The location was amazing and strategically perfect for me.

Cons:

The toilet was a little smelly and didn't flush very well. Couldn't charge my phone overnight but that is in most hotels, so its okay. The doors at the lobby were hard to figure out, they didn't open sometimes, even during the day.
