The environment of this establishment was top-tier! Booking.com had messed up the reservation but the property manager was able to make things works. Bless up to Thomas!
The parking is a little tough, but manageable..
Fraudulently charged my card fr $350 more than the nightly rate of $162. Currently its under review and investigation after I bought it to the front desks attention. She hung upon me 4 times. I had to escalate the charge to corporate.
Staff is extremely rude. Charged my Card $500 for one night stay.
Our stay was pleasant. ALL staff was great/ friendly. The pool was clean! Breakfast was great, it was Labor Day Weekend, the lady working breakfast did a great job. Alot of people came and took/threw away alot of food, but she was On it. making sure everyone had food/and things were stocked until closing time!
I requested a crib, ( the first one didn't stay up), but the staff helped us get one that worked perfectly. I appreciated the assistance/ customer service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family.
I don't know if the Fire pit was not working or if we didn't know how to turn it on.. ?? That was kind of a bummer.

Pool too small and we went to the breakfast 8:30 and was empty of food.

Beautiful room, large and spacious for 5 of us.
Some aspects of the room were dirty. Chewing gum in a place that wasn't cleaned often. A large dirt spot on the showere curtain.

Staying here was delightful from the beginning. A few details that stood out to me;
- sound between rooms was low to none
- property was very up kept and attended to
- representatives for business were top tier
Staying here was very pleasurable and I am more than satisfied with the services provided, I have already decided I would love to come visit this area in the future if life allows and I won't look anywhere different to call home for a few days! A few things that could be improved are as follows;
- the amount of people and time used for cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, laundering and caring to all aspects of cleanliness which isn't any task to take lightly 😁 (especially in a place that is very popular with heavy use). While most of the rooms basics and beyond were very clean and ready for customer, several things throughout the property are in need of special attention (deep clean).
The room was decent size.
Parking was horrible, breakfast was disappointing, the room was dirty. The mattress had pee stains and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.
