Incompetent, do not book for the business trips!
Pros:

It is an okay hotel, quite average, located conveniently for the business trip.

Cons:

They refuse to provide the invoice, which is needed for the business trip reimbursement. This is their responsibility, according to the terms of the Booking.com agreement with the accommodation partners (paragraph 4.4.9), to provide it upon the first request. After weeks of back-and-forth messaging and calls, the situation is still not resolved.

I would recommend for anyone with kids trying to book a last minute stay. It feels safe, clean, and it smells amazing.

Didn't like the place being remodeled without that being mentioned. Once we got pass the dry wallers and the construction the room was great though.

Pros:

The Inn at St. Mary’s boasts a prime location, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The facility is quiet and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Notre Dame or St. Mary’s College.

Cons:

There were constructions activities going on due to which main lobby area was closed. I wish I visited the fecility after the construction was over.

Pros:

This on-campus inn exceeded our expectations. We were just traveling through and were used to the regular chain budget hotels, but this was a place you could spend a few days.
