We enjoyed the hotel very much. It was very unique experience to me and my wife
Pros:

The customer service was exceptionally great. The staff were very helpful, supportive and polite. Specially the following staff members, Lana, Faisal Al Husari and Ala’a (apology for not remembering their last name).

Cons:

The swimming pool is quite small and can’t fit all hotel guests.
