Tyler, the night guest staff/bartender was the best!!! Very helpful and friendly! He was the most helpful staff there when we had the ceiling collapse on the room. Management, not so much. I will say it is a great place to stay, great location, snuggled right in between kid rock and jelly rolls bar and across from Post Mallones & Johnny Cash museum. Nice lobby bar with live music, pool table and giant Connect four-game, comfy seating and free coffee..
First night there ceiling collapse in room because of water pipe break. Absolutely, everything in the room was soaking wet. Management would not replace or compensate for damages.
The cost of the room was more than I expected.

The uniqueness and location
I love that it was close by to everything, parking garages and broadway. We were able to walk everywhere and we could see Bridgestone arena from our window. It was a very cool place to stay, we really liked the vibe and atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town for a concert or just a weekend getaway.

Funky design, great location, bathrooms were excellent, comfortable beds, valet parking was a plus and very efficient (if a little pricey)
Free drink tokens didn't apply to the upstairs bar. When I tried to use them downstais for wine was told beer and vodka only by the bar man although check told us it was beer or wine. Couldn't close curtains in my parents room all the way due to the way the exposed beam/pipe design cut through the window.

Location, though we liked the location we didn’t know the bars played music til 3am. Also we had no cold water in our room and the noise machine did not work.

There was blood on my sheets the first night, when I got there, they said I didn’t have a booking reservation and charged me an additional $700 and housekeeping only cleaned my room on my second to last day when I made a comment in the elevator in front of one about how my room had not been cleaned in five days

We always stay at the moxy every year in April for our wedding anniversary. Tyler the bartender is wonderful.
I hope u will come up with a system for returning guests that have discounts.
The location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do
The check in/out process. Apparently they put us in the wrong room at check in, when we went to check out the guy said we were good to go and said he would email the receipt to us
We never received the receipt, instead got a phone call as to why we hadn't checked out, we checked out at 10am.
So now it looks as if they charged us a late check out charge. We were given keys for room 609 and they told us as on our drive home we were listed in another room and there were still items in the room. I haven't heard back from them regarding this issue, nor have I gotten a receipt.
